I agree that they are being crucified globally for leaving the fold and despite some people saying no one cares, they obviously do! It's not as if royals are leaving all the time, it was a kick in the teeth for some. Personally I think it was a brave move, it was never going to work.
Having said that they have done some spectacular own goals but not enough for this intensity and this level of dislike.
I read Spare... it really wasn't that bad! Yeah... bits should have been left out maybe, but it wasn't like some make it out to be.
And I think we have to bear in mind... we do not know what contact he has with his family. It could be more than we know about.
Yes, Charles has paid mega bucks for the grand house next to Camilla's in Wiltshire. The guy who owned it wanted to set up a wedding venue so Charles couldn't have that and paid over the odds for it. Camilla spends a lot of time there as opposed to the grand houses, royal estates and palaces she could be residing in!
All the royal family, even the extended family, must thank their lucky stars that Harry and Meghan left and the press, even years later, won't give up on the multi million pound industry around negative articles on them. It takes the pressure off anything done by the royal family, they must hope it goes on for years to take the spotlight of anything they are doing. Because there will be a lot we don't know but when the rags are writing countless articles about a netflix series done by a wife of a Royal who actually left years ago, there is no spotlight on them.
