Jessica's usefulness had already expired, so she was in line to be Markled anyway.

But Meghan still needs Harry. She's not going to openly defend him, but she certainly can't afford to discard him.

Sussexed if you don't mind. We do not mention the M word, as Mindy Kaling can attest to.

But, but, but Andrew....

ETA, I did ask one the other day who was adamant that Sophie Chandauka should be quiet why she (Sophie) isn't being appuladed by them for speaking out about bullying but Meghan always has been. Still waiting for a reply but it's only been about four days so I'm sure it'll happen any second now!

Edited

I’m sure they will come up with a reply any moment now…..

Not so sure.

If As Ever takes off and OW, TP, NF etc are happy to sign her for something and PH and Sentebale tarnishes her brand - I think she will be off.

She's not going to make a fortune flogging flower sprinkles.

If NF do recommission her show, it's not going to be for big money. She still needs Harry for what's left of his status and prestige. I think they're stuck with one another.

To most people (including those on here) Harry and Meghan are a soap opera. The bullying is just part of the story. It is just like character development in a fictional soap; characters all the viewers know are the bad guys. They can get away with it so long as they are just selling their story. The problem comes when they try to do something different.

Agree like Ellen. When the $$$ decline.

Also like Me Too - it requires a critical mass to prompt the next move. Corporates are all over bullying and we've seen some big heads roll - no one is exempt.

I think this latest exhibition of appalling behavior will prompt the dozens of MM victims to show their face - no doubt encouraged by a LA lawyer - as some sort of class action.

NewAgeNewMe · 03/04/2025 17:18

Maybe they love each other. Can’t see them splitting up tbh. I hope they don’t as what was it all for, the trashing of the family, racist allegations, etc. I think they need each other.

Further to finding out more about Alex Rayner (who seems to be a self publicist and "character") I even more question why Harry thought him speaking on his behalf would be a good idea.

OK, some of it is probably an act but he is the absolute stereotype of a well heeled, red trousered braying Rah. That might have still be OK had the interview about Sentebale not been so absolutely appalling.

I can imagine after a bit of medical mar*juana a crushing case of the munchies (cue rebagged pretzels) quaffing a few beers, face timing Alex both squiffy and hilariously hashing (pun) out a wicked press release, jolly japes all around.
In my day we always said never phone anyone drunk!
Imagine the shame of living with that buffoon.

Perhaps I am being optimistic about emboldening. The veterans are rumoured to be very discontented with the money spent on H&M and on Meghan's high profile at the games. The number of veterans competing is falling. The Sentabale debacle is their opportunity to push for change. Invictus should also be concerned about how their funds are being used.

Yes I had heard these rumours as well, let’s hope there are other strong and brave members like SC in Invictus who will stand up the Harry and Meghan, i just don’t feel hopeful at the moment, what transpires in Birmingham will be very interesting.

But could you imagine what the Sussex fans will do to those people if they do come forward? If I was in a fragile state I don’t think I could put my name there if I’m honest.

Does he have any?

Not according to the consultants at Sentebale - he's a toxic brand. MM will have noted that.

I wonder how they happened upon that thread, given that they don't actually follow the royals as we know?

I also wonder if we'll soon see a spate of name changing to rival what we saw almost exactly a year ago? It's certainly not going to be easy for any of the 'stalwarts' to claim they're motivated by a hatred of racism and bullying now. Which doesn't mean they won't try.

Generally they just stumble upon these threads whilst cooking dinner apparently! Yes I remember the name changing after the Kate hysteria threads last year, shame they can’t change their posting style quite so easily.

Maybe the courts would give the annonymity eg victim A etc to protect them from SS.

But Meghan's brand is toxic too, because their brands are entwined. Don't forget salt and pepper and the conjoined twin trees in the Montecito garden.

Edited for typos

His status is very much diminished but he is still a prince and son of a king.

Also, divorce might eventually mean another Duchess of Sussex, and no way would Meghan want that.

But we are getting ahead of ourselves!

I think in this era of instant gratification, it may appear that H&M are impervious because something has not happened immediately...but take a look at where they were in 2020 and look where they are now in 2025, a scant 5 years later.

Failed projects, negativity, toxicity, "f*g grifters". H&M can no longer sign lucrative contracts as no one trusts them to deliver quality projects on time and on budget. Talented production staff have their pick of projects and can avoid H&M. Well-run companies and charities will avoid H&M and only the less reputable elements in Hollywood will be willing to engage this pair. PR personnel will become harder to find as top talent will avoid H&M.

All the while H&M's bills will increase...security, private schooling x2, taxes (Cailfornia's got to plug a $73 billion budget deficit and rebuild fire-ravaged Los Angeles so state taxes will inevitably rise).

We have seen this movie before, desperate scrambling for cash leading to not-so-savoury associations. It is Andrew and Fergie 2.0, except Fergie was smarter in not alienating her children from their cousin and future King.

That’s an interesting perspective and yes their stock has really gone down and yet their bills are going to be ever higher and higher, maybe karma is playing the long slow and steady game.

I've just looked out of the window and seen a long queue of women lining up to be Mrs Harry Mountbatten-Windsor II 😆

MagdaLenor · 03/04/2025 17:37

She's not going to divorce him. He's the only reason she is where she is. She's unlikely to find another wealthy prince at this stage.

NewAgeNewMe · 03/04/2025 17:38

The court may not know or believe that there is such a group though. I’ve no idea if there is a Wales/RF squad that are similar in tactics and would be interested to know.

I think they had another strategy which was to deflect with a thread about Prince Andrew which diverted a lot of energy.

Praise the lord it dragged the lady going to Bakewell away, jeez she was tiresome.
I have a confession 😱 I only check out trending on MN and one other thread. I didn't know that there was a royal board 😂😂 I avoid mainstream media and news last 5 years. Charity fraud boils my piss so when I saw sentabale I clicked on and came across you degenerates. Tbh I don't have the temperament to deal with the loonies that popped up on this thread, I applaud and salute those of you who go into battle.

There is one big bite at the cherry left though - a tell it all following a divorce. As things go on, the economics of staying versus leaving may shift.

Oh, good point. That could be very lucrative, especially as most of us know what a ghastly person he is. She'll get sympathy.

Surely any divorce settlement would include a watertight NDA?

Bontonbonbon · 03/04/2025 18:08

@BigWillyLittleTodger Exactly, I predict in a few decades they will be precisely where Andrew and Fergie are now. Except they won’t have any family support to save them.

There is only so much of your self that you can merchandise before you look desperate and people are sick of you.

What will they do once William is king?
