He visited last year according to the story in The Times.

Yes he visited last year which was his first visit since 2018. Given he is very wealthy and doesn’t have a full time job, that suggests it’s not exactly a priority to him.

Wasn't that for a Polo jolly?

Back to the rumour about Meghan filming at William and Kate's place. I think as a 2016 influencer she knew from day 1 she was onto a gold mine . They took selfies on their first date, in Botswana, she even snapped him getting ready to propose. If things had fizzled out at any point she had amazing photos to sell. I believe she took photos wherever she could as a kind of insurance.

Documenting your life just in case you might be able to make money from it. How hurtful for H if this thought has occurred to him.

Tbf covid and tiny kids would have stopped him from going for a couple of years

Absolutely. However as someone with family scattered all over the place, I would say the natural reaction would be to make up for lost time. Six years is a very long time to be away from a project you say you care about.

Especially when you are very rich and don't have a job.

Tbf he does have a job - Netflix paid him an awful lot of money to produce some programs, and Spotify too.

It's not exactly full time 😂
I think he could fit in a visit, he doesn't exactly have to apply for annual leave and book a taxi and scheduled flights like the riff raff.

BemusedAmerican · 28/03/2025 22:37

Perhaps it isn't easy to bum a free flight on a private plane to Lesotho.

Combining the two would surely have been the way forward: a documentary for Netflix about Sentebale could have helped bring the feuding trustees together and pave the way for the new-look, new-strategy Sentable operating out of Africa. And for Spotify, 'In the bush with......', focusing on African Parks. Oh dear, too late now.

But not for 6 years. It's a pretty weak excuse especially as he has taken multiple trips to Africa and Asia that could have been extended to visit Senetable projects - if he had really wanted to

In 2022 - he visited Rwanda and Mozambique

In 2023 He managed to play polo in the Senetable Cup held in Singapore and also visited Japan on the same visit.

In 2024 he visited Nigeria with Meghan on that royal-style tour.

Plus he has been to Columbia, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Canada, UK Portugal etc etc

Cover, yes. Tiny kids, no. There is mama Meghan. They have staff. He wouldn't need to be away for months.

Well Spotify cancelled the contract so he doesn't have to worry about getting that interview with Putin to ask him about being a psychopath

And "producing" Netflix shows about stuff you are doing anyway (Invictus/Polo) - doesn't exactly chain you to a desk from 9-5

I would love to have an office that briefed against my sister.

if you’re reading this Sis I am joking

On a more serious note, does anyone have an example of W&C briefing against H&M? Or KC3 and QC briefing against H&M?

H&M have created a narrative that their family briefed against them so that somehow justified H&M talking about their family. But the only example H gave in Spare was the leaking of the first meeting between QC & W. So this situation had absolutely nothing to do with H.

Furthermore, upon investigation it turned out that QC talked to an aide about meeting W, the aide shared this info with her husband who worked in the media and the husband shared the info with a colleague who then published this info without authorization. So quite a game of telephone!

H&M's supporters have endlessly repeated the narrative that the family endlessly briefed against H&M. But if the briefings against H&M were so prolific where are the examples?

I've always suspected it's one of those cases where someone assumes others are doing something wrong because that's how they act themselves.

Like someone who uses FB to make passive aggressive remarks about friends will always be seeing comments as addressed towards them. It can also be used as a justified response because of everyone else is doing it, why shouldn't they do it back?

So in some ways you could look at it as almost being a confession that's what H&M do.

That question has been asked many times . To the best of my knowledge no one has ever been able to give an example.

What we said, he is isolated and lonely:

https://archive.ph/p4rEg

‘PRINCE HARRY only heard his father was in hospital with side effects from his cancer treatment at the same time as the rest of the world – when the news broke on Thursday evening.

We can reveal that Harry — who 13 months ago was granted only half an hour of his dad’s time after jetting back to see him when his cancer was first announced — has barely spoken to his family in years.
As he grows increasingly alone in Californiawhile Meghan launches a series of glitzy, heavily-promoted solo projects, an insider told The Sun: “First he was a spare to William, now he’s increasingly looking like a spare to Meghan — and it’s not a great look.”
Even his cousin Princess Eugenie — his last remaining royal ally — has been cast out by the paranoid prince.
Insiders say lonely Harry, 40, rarely leaves the couple’s mansion in Montecito, and while Meghan strides forward with her lifestyle and podcast projects, he has no plans for any new filming with Netflix.
The Sun understands he was not told about his father’s hospital admission because the Palace did not want to cause unnecessary alarm by contacting Harry 5,000 miles away.
a far cry from the days when the party-loving

He misses his family terribly, but no one is speaking to him any more. He just wants to go for a beer with the guys, but his only friends are just Meghan’s friends’ husbands.
Source close to Harry
And while it is believed Harry is still in touch with a few long-standing mates from the UK, many have abandoned him after his attacks on the Royal Family.
His previously close relationship with Eugenie has also faltered in recent years.
But it is understood the friendship foundered after she was photographed last April with Piers Morgan — a strong critic of Harry and Meghan.
A friend said: “A dim view was taken of this, as Piers has clashed with Meghan and Harry in the past.
“Eugenie has been supportive of Harry and Meghan for years and was right there at the beginning of their relationship — but it has now soured.”
A perceived growing closeness with Diana’s brother Earl Spencer — who has just gone through his third divorce — has been overstated, with claims that Harry stayed at the Spencers’ family home Althorp House in Northamptonshire last August are understood to be incorrect.

Harry may well be a devoted and loving father to his children Archie, five, and three-year-old Lilibet. But the Sussexes have disagreed in the past over how much they could allow their children to be seen in public.
Harry, with his own childhood in mind, wants to keep their children out of the press.
But Meghan is more in tune with the US celebrity vibe of using your children as part of your brand.
She has increasingly featured the children in social media posts and promotional material for her company launches this year.

Last February, after jetting back to see his father days after his cancer diagnosis, Harry said: “I love my family.
"The fact I could jump on a plane and see him and spend any time with him, I’m grateful for that.”
And he claimed: “Any illness, any sickness brings families together,” and pledged: “I’ll stop in and see my family as much as I can.”
But Harry has not seen his father since then, and having to learn via the news when the King goes into hospital indicates that his loneliness and isolation is set to continue. ‘

So. Lonely, isolated and paranoid. That's not a good situation.

It’s not much of a role model for his kids is it. A father estranged from his whole family , rarely leaves the house , has no real friends or job.
