Meghans trademark not allowed

The patent office apparently has turned down the trademark of Meghans new jam making business American Riviera Orchard on the grounds that you can't trademark geographical locations. You would have thought somebody would have picked up on this before now.

Is Harry not capable of throwing on a few fish fingers or is that beyond him? Maybe he's not up to creating some Nigerian jollof ?

How enforceable are NDAs? What happens if someone breaks one?

Surely this is parenting 101. If you have something to attend, you make sure that you have made arrangements for the children to be fed and looked after, so that you don’t have to bail halfway through. If you can’t make arrangements then you don’t go. Meghan obviously has enough people who can look after her children for a short while, given that she can leave them for days at a time while on one of their Grand Tours. It’s not like she wouldn’t have any notice of the bookstore opening and she managed to stay til the bitter end the day before. Clearly she thinks we were all born yesterday if she wants us to believe that the reason she left was to cook dinner 🙄

Yes @thecrossIambearing . I find the quasi religious language about souls evolving, sacred pauses and a flipping bookshop being a cathedral particularly nauseating.

No idea if that means the house polloi are not allowed to enter and buy a book or what. You'd have to read a lot of books to justify a $200 monthly surcharge.
