I like the Barefoot Contessa. There's also an American woman - Prairie Woman? She has a big family and lives in the mid West I think.

I’ll have to make that! Her recipes never fail. I have friends that will make a dish of hers, after that I always end up making it myself repeatedly.

But Rachel Ray has some wonderful tuna casserole recipes that don’t taste like typical tuna casserole.

I want Velveeta now. I'd like to try it in a Scottish style macaroni cheese pie although I can't be arsed to make the hot water pastry so may have to cheat somehow.
