How does everyone feel about pre-grated
cheese? I mean the sort you get in a bag. I
personally object to paying someone else to grate cheese for me

Anti pre grated cheese. You don't get the wee extras that fall when you are grating, you know, the calorie free bits

I buy Locatelli Pecorino Romano already grated because we go through it like water here. Also some other one because I like to make Cacio e Pepe for a quick dinner.

Of to google. I’m basically living under a rock when it comes to popular culture.

Titanic is the worst of Hollywood cliches.

The computer generated bits of the ship sinking are interesting, but that is a minute or two out of the whole movie.

The rest is as bad as e.g. The Princess Diaries, which I suspect was Meghan's guidebook in the RF.

I am guilty of grating and then freezing mature cheddar, so it is easy to use for packed lunches!
