Whatever you may think of her, she looks amazing. I wonder what her health regime is and what help she gets. It'd be fascinating to know what support money can buy.

Speaking as a fat person (just under 5ft and size 14) I'm inclined to agree with @Letittow

It's very easy to blame my PCOS for my weight issues but the truth is I could do better at managing it

Bloody hell the misogyny in some of this. ‘Chubby teenager’ based on a hint in a single photo of a child that someone’s stored away in their mind for years ffs.

No matter how much money and time I had , I don’t have the discipline in this area that this woman clearly does. It’s fine that we’re all different on this.

For anyone who appreciates the work of our Royal Family, I think it’s great that we have a Princess who’s keeping physically strong and fit, hardworking and able to play a supportive role within the family.
I can’t imagine in ten years time that she’ll be off work on long term sick leave with dodgy knees and back pain etc… and just as well, because there are fewer working Royals now.

@savemyusername1 what a weird post! What royals take sick leave??? They “work” a tiny fraction of the year and this mainly consists of opening things and having dinner. Hardly strenuous work that requires time off on sick 🙄.

@ChickenRat id love to have her time and money! That’s what makes the difference for all celebrities - they don’t have to food shop, cook, or hold down a job. If I had access to a daily chef and PT I’d be in amazing shape!

You truly believe anyone with her figure has the same time and money she has? nb I don't know how much time she has, but I know she has lots of money!

Eat well, exercise = healthy, strong (insert usual caveats for where this would not be the case)

Obviously she's tall and I think she is naturally slim, but there are plenty of people of similarly physique who lead more normal lives.

And yet there are plenty of amateur athletes, with full time jobs and families and caring responsibilities and modest incomes, who are in amazing shape. It's really not about money. It is to a certain extent about time, but even then prioritisation/minimisation solves a lot.

She was never 'chubby' but she was noticeably bigger, not big, probably a 12-14 at university and is now a 4/6. I think she controls what she eats and works out daily, as well as walking and having an outdoor lifestyle. I don't blame her one bit.

To be fair I have lots of time and chose to spend it scoffing snacks, drinking wine and doing MN. Hence I’m a bit fat.
If I was Kate who doesn’t have to do anything physical ie the housework or garden or walk anywhere and has 3 kids ( one the heir to the throne) and a job that is about diplomacy I’d be stress eating and the size of a palace.

I fear if I had unlimited access to staff I would be calling for home made bread and chocolate profiteroles! Hopefully Kate has a good relationship with food and not addicted to fat and carbs.

@IcedPurple that was graduation, when she knew she would be photographed, if you look at some of the first pictures taken of her and her 'raisin sunday' picture, she was much larger.

I think she looks fabulous in the tennis picture, but generally she is far too skinny, frighteningly so. And no wonder, when people say she was chubby when she clearly wasn't. No wonder Diana and Fergie has such issues, have also seem many negative comments regarding Meghans figure, who also always looks great (although recent pictures seems extremely thin as well). These negative comments about women are really appalling and you should consider why you feel the need to say them

I guess she has an image to uphold, it's effectively her job to look good. That might give me motivation too, although agree the profiteroles would be tempting!

@My2pence2day I said she was much larger than the graduation and recent photos, not that she was large. I am an ED survivor Btw, so I don't need you to lecture me on the pressures on women thanks

To be fair if Meghan married at the same age Kate did she would have accomplished being a 'briefcase girl' on some game show. Meghan was in her late 30s when she married Harry and she quit everything when she met him. You can't really compare someone who met a royal at uni and has to deal with all the bagge of that vs someone who met a royal in their mid 30s.

I think some people are mistaking a plumper face due to youth as being chubby lol. Your face loses volume as you get older. That's all that has changed for her. She was never "chubby".
