Whatever you may think of her, she looks amazing. I wonder what her health regime is and what help she gets. It'd be fascinating to know what support money can buy.
Do you think she has a PT and chef?

I think most of us, if we were going to be photographed a million times, have those photos flashed around the world and picked to pieces, would think twice about that piece of cake and would get our ,varying degrees of wobbly, arses off the sofa a bit more.

I do not think Kate has a stress free life. I would be crippled with anxiety by the scrutiny she is subjected to. And I would hate to have constant beauty treatment and hair appointments to assuage the press and media coverage.

I think she looks like a 6-8 and she needs a pizza.

Discipline and time. I'm a similar age and still have the same measurements as in my 20s. Although my boobs have shrunk.

I am a tall size 12 and slim. I work out and eat well. To look like Kate, I would need the time to work out more and I would need to give up on the nice things- cake, chocolate, wine and crisps. But life being life, the nice things are sometimes the only things that get you through the week.

Good genes help but also having lot of free time (even with 3 kids, she has nannies etc), money to get good treatments (botox, fillers not to mention any other skincare treatments) and hire good PTs, chefs etc. Sure she has a great discipline but also very privileged position.

Chubby? She was never chubby.

I don’t think you can get that toned and muscular (she has great arms and thighs) by starving yourself. She probably just has a high protein diet, works out a lot and is otherwise quite disciplined with what she eats/drinks.

She looks the way I remember people looking in the 1970s and 80s before supersizing became the norm. She's slim. And fit. But that's rare these days.

Sometimes people are just thin. My sister had 4 children, never went near a gym in her life and she was stick thin, her daughter is the same but her daughter is the opposite. I think Catherine looks healthy and strong.

I don't think it's true that she doesn't have a care in the world. She does have a fleet of staff but she is probably continually aware how x, y or z will look or be spun and probably often thinks of things she could do or would do but it would look bad. Lots of things to be mindful of with her children. I think she's well up for the task though. Her children will, as adults, be the first in a long line of royals to have ''inner children'' who were seen, heard, affirmed, supported and loved unconditionally but with guidelines.

I agree that she’ll have her worries and stresses, but I think money can buy health.

I think she's too thin for her height. As for her regime not working 9-5,not being a full time parent 24/7 every single day and not living off little sleep and coffee.

Also agree with those saying genetics and genuine enjoyment of physical activity.

i think she looks like an ironing board flat and long. No shape at all. Not very feminine.

She looks to be in incredible shape. I imagine she works very hard at it.

I disagree that she doesn't have a care in the world. Her kids receive death threats and every time she is in public, she is photographed and the pics spread over the world. Stress central in my book.

Not all the royals have got such great figures despite the same access to help / wealth. She obviously cares about hers. I would too if I was in the public eye.

To the poster who said she hasn’t a care in the world, what an extremely unimaginative and small minded thing to say! Money doesn’t make people happy, I can imagine loads of things she might worry considerably about. It is not a given that her life is easy. In fact, I would think the pressures on her and her concerns about her children and family might be quite extreme.

Here come the posters who think she is too thin! She is super fit,her muscles are amazing.It takes a lot of work to get and keep a body like that.

Staff live on different cottages on the ground. Who do you think cooks when they travel or have evening engagements?
i don’t think she cooks pasta at 6pm and is af a charity gala in glamorous outfit in Central London at 7.30pm!
