Tbh she is the equivalent of a cruft pedigree winner.

I've gone through a bit of a journey recently and overhauled myself and it's now obvious what she's doing.

She's basically very looked after/looking after herself.

I'm treating myself as well as I can and it becomes addictive.

But it requires discipline and habit change.

6 months in and I can't see myself going back. I feel more alert, more motivated. My skin is glowing and I'm achieving more. And I've lost half a stone.

Obviously I don't have the money or time or assistants that she does but I'm treating myself as I deserve the very best that I can give myself.

I said this on another similar thread but being skin, eating in moderation and exercising doesn’t need iron discipline or incredible willpower if it becomes a habit. In fact willpower is unlikely to do it. I would imagine Kate Middleton had that habit.

She visited where I work a few months ago so we saw her in person. She is slim but not unhealthily so. It was her hair that struck me- so full! I wonder if she wears extensions? I am not blessed in the hair department!!

@Gracewithoutend I don't understand your point? It's not unusual to see posh, rich women who are very slim, exercise a lot with coiffed hair. I said white because most posh people are white & different cultures have different beauty ideals. You can disagree of course.

I think she is extremely feminine. I love her long lean shape - I think it's perfect. Are we supposed to think only hips and boobs make one feminine? 🤔

I think her demeanour is very feminine.

I don't particularly find her figure to what I find to my preference, I prefer bigger boobs and hips etc. But she can't help what she has..... but she's become very attractive the past few years. Not sure if it's because she's generally seems to be a good egg and a family person or because she's had work done.

Either way let's celebrate future (king and) queen

she has a lot of time and money, obvs (FWIW i don't think she looks amazing i think she looks drawn. Each to their own, though)

No way does she have a PT, she uses the same Energie gym as me and stops at the local M&S garage shop after for a quick pastie after, and does her own hair. Down to earth she is.

Yea course she has a PT along with about 98 other staff to do everything, I'd look like that with 98 staff, endless money and people curtseying at me as O walked past😄

I don't know where she keeps such a huge staff when she lives in a 4 bedroom cottage? Or has she moved into the palace yet?

I'm sure they have a gym available so good for her if she gets off her bum and works out (unlike my good self with my bloody free gym and swim membership I never bloody use!!)

She lives on the Windsor estate. Plenty of staff cottages.

They only live in the four bed because it somehow convinces some people that they live a normal life while their cleaner, housekeeper, chef, nanny etc all live a few metres away

Plenty of domestic staff live out.

I doubt it takes the chef that long to drop off a lettuce leaf.

In all seriousness, it's pretty clear that they have at least a nanny (she is regularly pictured), a cleaner, they live so close to Windsor Castle that even if they don't have a dedicated chef, they don't have to cook if they don't want to. Most wealthy women have a PT - I do and I am not in their league wealth wise

That poster wasn't asserting they actually had 98, they were just being hyperbolic.

She's athletic, her mum and sister are very slim, so it's a combination of genes, being fit and having access to the best food.
And of course she has help to look her best when out at places like Wimbledon where she will be photographed a lot.
