Whatever you may think of her, she looks amazing. I wonder what her health regime is and what help she gets. It'd be fascinating to know what support money can buy.
Do you think she has a PT and chef?

Honestly she looks like a fellow tennis player in that photo. Some of the comments here are just rude.

eat nothing for breakfast, exercise a lot between 9 and 11 eat nothing other than leaves for lunch. exercise again before school pick up, have grilled protein plus veg or salad for dinner exercise again and go to bed.....

Maybe, but it's also possible to have a toned, athletic, strong figure if you work full time as a lone parent, eat a variety of food including stuff not from the 'super healthy' range, have fun nights out and not enough sleep.
She's not an Olympic athlete.

Bloody hell of COURSE she has a PT, very possibly more than one. She doesn’t have all day to exercise so it needs to be targeted.

And of course they have a chef, whether they are part of the castle staff or dedicated to them they will only cook when they are free to.

She also has a dresser, hairdresser, make up artist, stylist - she doesn’t look after her clothes or pack her suitcases before you start fantasising she also does the ironing.

I want to be her. 😢

Oblahbla · 25/06/2023 23:05

'Not a care in the world.' Hmm
I'm sure she has plenty of cares, same as the rest of us.

Kate looks great - healthy, fit, strong. Takes a lot of self discipline, whether you have personal trainers or not

LaviniasBigBloomers · 25/06/2023 23:05

Honestly, I think she just looks rich. I'm at an expensive holiday resort right now and most of the women look like that.

I agree, she doesn’t look similar to Diana at all. Kate is much more toned and fit. Diana was slim, yes, and we saw her go to the gym and she danced, but they are very different animals. Kate certainly doesn’t look gaunt.

Diana looked frail at times in her earlier years when she was suffering from bulimia. In her later years, once she had recovered, she was was fantastically toned and athletic looking.

She was a chubby teen at school but very sporty so I guess being in the public eye makes her eat better healthier foods etc

bullocks-she was not "chubby" and by saying that you are very irresponsible

I have the time and money but I'm a lazy fuck, so I don't look like her.

🤣🤣 Me too.

'Not a care in the world'.

She has three kids, is constantly in the public eye, splashed across the papers, works closely with charities, has parents who are getting older and has recently suffered bereavement. Sure.......not a care in the world????

Both Catherine and Pippa have very similar lean, lithe figures so I assume a lot of it is down to genetics. Carol Middleton is slim too.

She does obviously exercise often as she quite often attends sporty events and gets involved. Probably a mixture of cardio and weight sessions.

They like to get the children out and about too so probably tennis, cycling, swimming with them.

I don’t really think they are the chef types but I could well be wrong!

Pippa's husband has immense private wealth, as do her parents. Of course genes come into it, but they can all afford the same regime as her.

Heck, I had a PT for three years on an ordinary-ish salary, and a cleaner.

ChatBFP · 25/06/2023 23:24

She definitely has a chef. I know her former one. He is very discreet about what she eats.

groupery · 25/06/2023 23:27

Calling her an ironing board doesn't sound jealous? Whatever preference you have, that's not a nice way to refer to anyone.

well it's not nice but doesn't mean jealousy.

I'm a bit taller than her & when I had a 24" waist i was skinny, sinewy & skinny.

mondaytosunday · 25/06/2023 23:41

She looked like that at uni. Her mother is slim too. So I imagine it's a combination of genes, being sporty and having a good diet.

catzrulz · 26/06/2023 00:26

groupery · 25/06/2023 22:19

@bb192 of course she has subtle work.

I've seen this image a few times, it's the only time I've felt it looked like she has had work done.
That being said she is still gorgeous and I totally agree with PP who said she looks better when she is pregnant, she definitely does.

In the tennis photo, she looks like a healthy woman who enjoys exercise and has a naturally slim build. It's nothing exceptional or amazing or requiring incredible amounts of work and support.
I don't mean that in a bitchy way, just commenting on what I see.

Watch the video. She has excellent strokes. Really good and athletic movement.

^^ sorry, just realised that last post of mine comes across as a bit wierd! I should have explained that I had lots of tennis coaching as a child. Kate comes across as more than competent on the court.

GarlicGrace · 26/06/2023 01:47

She's getting prettier. It's so well done, I can't even identify what's changed. Definitely some very expensive procedures going on there, though, alongside whatever punishing regimes are needed to stay THAT thin while also being perfectly toned with lovely skin.

I feel a bit sad about the insane amount of beautification required of high-profile women, but she certainly pulls it off.

I think she just looks like a slim women. I wouldn’t say I’m much bigger or less toned then her and the only exercise I get is walking my dogs. But no doubt she has a chef and has treatments.

My sister looks like her (she is 60) - always has been slim and athletic, actually eats like a horse but also never stops moving. Genetics help a lot. Catherine, her mother and her sister all have the same look. Yeah they work out a lot but it is also down to the genes.

I thought those photos were great - an athletic woman wearing athletic clothes. I liked it way more than the photos of her in her uniform aka coat dresses and high heels.

Pallisers · 26/06/2023 02:46

Interesting that there are no threads asking what Princess Anne had to do and what help she had to fit into a dress she first wore in the 1970s.

Yeah I agree with this. If I didn't do housework and had someone to cook me meals and time to exercise I would look like this too! I agree that genes help as well.

Letittow · 26/06/2023 03:49

A combination of genes and discipline. Sure she has resources many people don't, but by the same token of having access to balanced meals and decent food probably made for her if she wanted she could be choosing fatty and unhealthy foods too- lots of people still wouldn't eat a decent diet if it was handed to them literally on a plate. She has always enjoyed exercise and sports as well, she isn't just exercising to lose weight she's probably enjoying a variety of physical activity including targeted toning and strength exercises; again, not everyone would dedicate time and work hard at this even if they had the chance so fait play to her.

I do agree that generally wealthy women are less likely to be fat, its not about having time either as many work stressful jobs; it's less acceptable though in some circles ro be overweight and so its something people prioritise. Not saying that's a good thing, but she doesn't look overly different to lots of women I know who also are very active and aware of what they're eating.

bussteward · 26/06/2023 03:50

The royal family not being “chef” types! This website is gold.

Would you though? So imagining she does have a chef and time to exercise along with a PT- do you think if you could genuinely request whatever food you wanted your opt to eat healthy balanced meals? Wouldn't be tempted by anything else? In your spare time you'd choose to carry out vigorous and demanding workouts? Not saying you wouldn't, but lots of people who say they would are discounting her self discipline and motivation.

I agree she probably is also disciplined but every little bit makes it easier. When I've lost a lot of weight, I've had to be very disciplined but time is a huge factor too. I would think having a chef cook you healthy meals would make it much, much easier. Like I said, genes help too.
