Photos of Catherine at Wimbledon - I wonder what her 'regime' is

Whatever you may think of her, she looks amazing. I wonder what her health regime is and what help she gets. It'd be fascinating to know what support money can buy.
Do you think she has a PT and chef?

She looks to be in incredible shape. I imagine she works very hard at it.

I disagree that she doesn't have a care in the world. Her kids receive death threats and every time she is in public, she is photographed and the pics spread over the world. Stress central in my book.

Agree. Plus her brother suffered from depression and said himself that Kate was very supportive and attended therapy sessions with him.

I can also imagine the Megxit situation and Harry’s book were stressful and upsetting for her.

groupery · 25/06/2023 22:01

In no one was she chubby.

I'm in the minority but dont think she looks great now. She just looks like a posh rich white woman, hungry with coiffed hair!

TheOrigRights · 25/06/2023 22:01

In the tennis photo, she looks like a healthy woman who enjoys exercise and has a naturally slim build. It's nothing exceptional or amazing or requiring incredible amounts of work and support.
I don't mean that in a bitchy way, just commenting on what I see.

groupery · 25/06/2023 22:02

People saying she is slim have you seen celebs in real life. She is tiny, remember she's not 5ft 2.

Chypre · 25/06/2023 21:17

PT, chef, cleaners for sure but she very likely works out like a MARINE (multiple sessions a day at least 5x a week). Probably with some shenanigans like intermittent fasting, too.

I do intermittent fasting, I’m not rich or privileged or anything, just learning to be more aware of my eating habits.

groupery · 25/06/2023 22:05

i think she looks like an ironing board flat and long. No shape at all.
it's mean to say the above but many seem to think she has the ideal figure. She's very straight & has a long torso which isn't everyone's ideal.

LocalHobo · 25/06/2023 22:05

she looked gorgeous when pregnant I agree.
Good genes? I think there is a look of Eugenia Cooney in these pictures.
But anyone on Mumsnet who says she is too thin is just dismissed as being obviously jealous 🙄

keyboardkat · 25/06/2023 22:06

She looks a hell of a lot better than me!

But quite honestly I don't care one way or another. She is future Queen and that's all she means to me. She doesn't care about me, and it's reciprocal. So there!

Such a pity the RF is reduced to looks, figure, frocks, rocks and scandals. And we pay for the privilege of that. WHAT!

cyncope · 25/06/2023 22:06

Totally the norm for people of their social class to have nannies, housekeepers and cooks. It would be weird if they didn't have 'help', why would they choose not to?

i think she looks like an ironing board flat and long. No shape at all. Not very feminine.

Not very feminine? Really, you think she doesn’t look feminine? And as for the insult of looking like an ironing board what about ordinary women who are naturally thin, do they get to be called ironing boards and unfeminine too?

What's negative to her looks about being white and/or posh?

TheMurderousGoose · 25/06/2023 22:15

I can imagine her buying the latest Nigella or Ottolenghi book and enjoying cooking for her kids, but on the days she doesn't want to she doesn't have to and can have staff whip something up instead. Which must be nice!

bb192 · 25/06/2023 22:16

@GeneJeanie I'd agree with the likelihood of a PT, chef, naturally thin, love of exercise/sports.
What I'm intrigued by is how she has never aged or looks tired ect. Do you think that's the best treatments and beauty products going?
I mean do you think she would have actual intervention like Botox ect but if she does it's extremely well done and extremely naturally but there isn't even a frown line from when she was married at what 28 to now at what 40!

user1471453601 · 25/06/2023 22:18

Didn't Dianna look similar? And she was, it seems very unhappy.

I really don't care about the royal family, but I do care about a young woman who looks so.gaunt.

She visited where I work a few months ago so we saw her in person. She is slim but not unhealthily so. It was her hair that struck me- so full! I wonder if she wears extensions? I am not blessed in the hair department!!

groupery · 25/06/2023 22:19

@bb192 of course she has subtle work.

she definitely has botox. it's been quite noticeable on occasions.

and yes to extensions too.

I really Kate's formal wear - she's youngish and has a gorgeous figure, yet dresses like an old lady. But, bloody hell - stick her in tennis whites and she looks amazing. Her figure is perfection.

groupery · 25/06/2023 22:23

@Gracewithoutend I don't understand your point? It's not unusual to see posh, rich women who are very slim, exercise a lot with coiffed hair. I said white because most posh people are white & different cultures have different beauty ideals. You can disagree of course.

Let's do a side by side, you and her. Lets see who's more attractive then.

Kate's not even skinny, but you seem to have a problem with thin people for some odd reason. Using teenage insults doesn't make you look jealous at all, not one bit.

Pictures of Catherine at Ascot this week clearly show she has a little crepey skin and lines under her eyes. Her forehead is Botoxed, but then many do this and it's not quite the niche procedure. At the Coronation, she looked tired in many of the pictures. Even so, she looks fabulous.

People are allowed different opinions though Some think her figure is perfection, some don't. It doesn't mean you are jealous.

Come off it. If you are from 'squat, labouring stock' you'll never have a willowy look.

You can be healthy for whatever body type you have, yes

But a short, childbearing-hips, 'sturdy lass', even if she lives on salad and egg whites from this day forth, will never look like a statuesque celeb.
