Whatever you may think of her, she looks amazing. I wonder what her health regime is and what help she gets. It'd be fascinating to know what support money can buy.

I doubt it, she loves to cook, I'd be surprised if she has a chef. She also does her own make up. They don't have the amount of staff that was traditionally normal for royal households, they didn't want that.

She doesn’t look gaunt. She looks strong, athletic, healthy and usually radiant. Don’t be spiteful.

Again, just to reiterate, you don’t get arms and thighs like this by not eating or starving herself.

She probably has a high protein diet, exercises a lot/does weights and watches what she eats/drinks. She seems to love exercising and is a naturally sporty person:

To be fair, I understand they don’t have a personal chef and they do cook. However there are chefs at Windsor castle and I understand they can have meals prepared and sent over if they choose. So no they don’t have their own chef, but they do have access to chefs if they choose.

I also don’t think she’s got a pt. She does it herself under her own steam in her private gym. I think I read she’s a runner,To be honest I don’t think she needs a pt. They tend to be for folks who either don’t know what they are doing or need motivation in the main, unless you’re an proffesional athlete.

They’d only cook when they want to though, I’d guess at weekends - they’ll have chef/housekeeper/nanny in nearby cottages. And I know it’s technically 4 bedrooms but obviously there must be a small room the Nanny can sleep over in when they are away or at night events.

I agree, she doesn’t look similar to Diana at all. Kate is much more toned and fit. Diana was slim, yes, and we saw her go to the gym and she danced, but they are very different animals. Kate certainly doesn’t look gaunt.

Surely they must have live in staff! DD has a friend from a wealthy family and they have live in staff so surely the royals must do. Sooo jealous their maids do all their cooking/cleaning/laundry.

They don’t need that, they can use the castle chefs, they live in the grounds of Windsor castle. They will have a housekeeper and cleaners though. All the live in staff live in accommodation blocks. Frogmore used to be staff accommodation as an example,

Bloody hell of COURSE she has a PT, very possibly more than one. She doesn’t have all day to exercise so it needs to be targeted.

And of course they have a chef, whether they are part of the castle staff or dedicated to them they will only cook when they are free to.

She also has a dresser, hairdresser, make up artist, stylist - she doesn’t look after her clothes or pack her suitcases before you start fantasising she also does the ironing.

The maids don’t do their cooking 😂

I agree. She's clearly slim, and if people want to they can debate whether or not that is attractive, but she is clearly muscular. That doesn't come from starving yourself, and as a slim person I really hate the implication that slim = miserable and hungry.

Well staff then. Other people to do all the drudge work. Would be fabulous.

She doesn’t have to lift a finger - she has nothing to do but be skinny. I think most of us could achieve that.

And to the PP who said she was a chubby teen - you desperately need your eyes testing 🙄.

I have the time and money but I'm a lazy fuck, so I don't look like her.

She is slim but clearly works out. She has a athletic and toned body and has clearly been using weights in her work out regime. You wouldn’t achieve this physique by starving yourself. She also has very definer thighs.

I agree….she’s beautiful and seems like a lovely person but I don’t think she’s naturally that slim.

I wouldn’t normally comment on threads about weight but she does look a bit too thin IMO

I think it is nice to see she is not just slim but clearly fit and strong. Always envy people with good coordination who are naturally good at sport. There are so many ways they can stay fit.

Not a care in the world? Every time she’s in the public eye she needs to be “ perfect”.
I know a few women that have enough money not to ever have to worry about bills. The wider public don’t give a shit if they go on holiday or which charity they support. Their kids are free to be actors, musicians and drug addicts like other ruch kids. Not sure Kate has that luxury.

eat nothing for breakfast, exercise a lot between 9 and 11 eat nothing other than leaves for lunch. exercise again before school pick up, have grilled protein plus veg or salad for dinner exercise again and go to bed.....

Calling her an ironing board doesn't sound jealous? Whatever preference you have, that's not a nice way to refer to anyone.

And no, Kate isn't even skinny in the first place, which lends itself to the idea that someone is just jealous and has nothing else to say.

I have never seen a photo of her looking chubby.

She had a much fuller face as a teen but she was never chubby.

I think it'a gene and strong self discipline. Both her mum and her sister are slim and I always find her hair style is perfect.
