Duchess of Success succeeds in getting the ridiculous lawsuit by Samantha Markle dismissed

Common sense decision this.

I hope that the tabloids who were (most probably) sponsoring this non-case of Samantha Markle's will pay the Duchess of Sussex her legal fees.

The judge correctly found that how Meghan felt about her upbringing was a subjective opinion about her childhood and her relationship with her half-sister. The court found that Meghan's statement about "feeling like an only child" is not objectively verifiable or subject to empirical proof, and, as a statement of pure opinion was “not capable of being proved false”.
The court also said the plaintiff Samantha "cannot plausibly disprove" Meghan's "opinion of her own childhood."

On the claims based on Finding Freedom, the court said the Duchess could not be held accountable for a book that she did not write or publish.

Go Meghan. I'm sure Samantha will file something else again soon ... and that she will lose again.

Meghan should have stayed high, instead of feeding information to Omid and discussing Sam on an Oprah interview. I’ve no idea whether it will go any further.

Yeah, well, I think it goes a long way in helping if those pia relatives also move on quickly and not keep on about you every chance for 6yrs.

I agree. Look at pictures of Meghan as a child. I know we all change as we become adults, but not THAT much. And no, I'm not jealous. I'd rather be plain than suffer the pain.

Yes, ironically Samantha was probably more naturally pretty - Meghan has had a lot of work, straightened hair, completely new nose - she bears little resemblance to her teenage self

I don’t see why pointing out that Meghan has had cosmetic surgery (pretty much a given due to her past career) is ripping apart her looks? It’s just a fact. She certainly looks good as a result of it, though she also looked good before in my opinion.

They've both had work done. MM more than Kate I'd say.
Kate usually seems to be smiling with a degree of involvement, MM however often has a cheese smile with dead behind the eyes look like she's bored and just painting a face on for the photographs
