Duchess of Success succeeds in getting the ridiculous lawsuit by Samantha Markle dismissed

Common sense decision this.

I hope that the tabloids who were (most probably) sponsoring this non-case of Samantha Markle's will pay the Duchess of Sussex her legal fees.

The judge correctly found that how Meghan felt about her upbringing was a subjective opinion about her childhood and her relationship with her half-sister. The court found that Meghan's statement about "feeling like an only child" is not objectively verifiable or subject to empirical proof, and, as a statement of pure opinion was “not capable of being proved false”.
The court also said the plaintiff Samantha "cannot plausibly disprove" Meghan's "opinion of her own childhood."

On the claims based on Finding Freedom, the court said the Duchess could not be held accountable for a book that she did not write or publish.

Go Meghan. I'm sure Samantha will file something else again soon ... and that she will lose again.

Not what I'm taking from her behaviours though, or Harry's for that matter

So we can only comment on people we know personally? This is the constant reply to any criticism of H&M. Should we only be allowed to have opinions on our own friends and neighbours ? Not likely to be of great interest to unknowns on MN, is it?
If H&M are trying to earn money by becoming "public figures" surely they want people to take notice of them? Only good opinions allowed then. Good luck with that...

I completely agree with you.

I’m not overly fond of several royals, and I dislike at least one in particular 🤫. But I truly can’t even imagine going from thread to thread purely to spew hateful comment after hateful comment about that person. Or challenging every positive comment about that person with vindictive bile. It is truly pathological.

Then why give them as examples as comparison? - are they the best you can think of. Those who you stated are mass murderers but it serves your purpose to out them in the same sentence. Can you think of anyone else that you would take time to give as much negative energy as you do Meghan.
