Duchess of Success succeeds in getting the ridiculous lawsuit by Samantha Markle dismissed

Common sense decision this.

I hope that the tabloids who were (most probably) sponsoring this non-case of Samantha Markle's will pay the Duchess of Sussex her legal fees.

The judge correctly found that how Meghan felt about her upbringing was a subjective opinion about her childhood and her relationship with her half-sister. The court found that Meghan's statement about "feeling like an only child" is not objectively verifiable or subject to empirical proof, and, as a statement of pure opinion was “not capable of being proved false”.
The court also said the plaintiff Samantha "cannot plausibly disprove" Meghan's "opinion of her own childhood."

On the claims based on Finding Freedom, the court said the Duchess could not be held accountable for a book that she did not write or publish.

Go Meghan. I'm sure Samantha will file something else again soon ... and that she will lose again.

There are naturally better looking female celebrities who have had less work done and didn't use family connections to make it big. For example, Barbara Palvin and Margot Robbie.
When you aren't doing well is the time to consider surgery.

I’ve never heard of Barbara Palvin, but just noting (in an attempt to show that having cosmetic surgery “tweaks” is utterly normalised in Hollywood actor circles) people also suggest that Margot Robbie has had nose surgery. Also Brie Larson, Blake Lively, Jennifer Aniston, Anne Hathaway, Lisa Kudrow and Cameron Diaz (the last four have all been open about having surgery on their noses). That’s just the women by the way, of course, who are much more scrutinised, but many men too).
