I was shocked to see photos of Prince Edward in Edinburgh. He has lost a lot of weight. Hope he is okay. Or maybe he had covid badly?

I don't understand why people are saying "Obviously he's been ill. I hope he's OK now". I don't think that's obvious at all. Maybe he's been on a diet, adopted a healthier lifestyle, started jogging or whatever. People lose weight all the time. I've lost weight many times throughout my life. It's never been related to illness, always a deliberate choice. I didn't even lose weight when I had cancer.

I'd be more convinced of the ops concern if they hadn't started multiple threads slagging off the entire royal family ( except two!) .

Who actually cares? None of you know him personally. He's not a vital public figure. The weird fake concern is so odd.

If you really have nothing better to do than worry about the health of a random stranger, maybe you should pick one out of the many millions who don't have unlimited access to private healthcare.

He is ill mentally (depression) or physically. Someone losing weight through exercise and healthy living has a different look.
Please note I am not suggesting it has to be anything serious. I said in my OP he may have had covid as that often destroys peoples appetite.

I don't agree. As you age you can look rather gaunt and unhealthy if you lose weight. I've noticed it with both my parents and numerous other people.

There were a couple of threads where posters were diagnosing Harry with MH problems - the posters were roundly chastised and some of the posts were deleted (even though, of course Harry has himself said he has struggled with his MH). For you to start diagnosing MH/ physical health issues isn't coming from a place of kindness and concern is it, but with an intent to stir and make mischief.

I agree op, he has lost weight quite dramatically.

I noticed when the queen passed folks were very aggressive that she had not been Ill and had died in full health due to old age.
