She may have looked stunning to you but most of us can see that Kate has the height and build to showcase expensive clothes much better.

So can Catherine never wear anything if Meghan has ever worn something that colour or style? How ridiculous, they have both worn all sorts of outfits. Catherine looks fantastic. I don't know if I've seen the photos of Meghan in a red trouser suit but she probably looked great as well although to be fair Catherine has probably got the better body shape for trouser suits.

I don't think that's what I said as she seems to wear similar style to Meghan. I suppose who has the better figure for it is subjective isn't it?. I would say Meghan jn the same way you would say Kate. So it's neither here nor there.

My point is I think they used that picture purposely to draw comparisons but you and a few other posters seem to think it's just a coincidence.

We are discussing an odd story in a national newspaper. The same story has been skewered by people on Twitter, because it is batshit to suggest that Kate, future Queen and all, somehow needs to "best" Meghan, or "see her off".

This is a national newspaper saying this,. We posters are discussing it. Because it's comical and silly, and if this really is based on those ever reliable "palace sources" and this is a reflection of how Kate or her "courtiers" see things, then it is pitiful.

Nah. Just being tall and skinny does not make someone automatically look good, or give them a natural sense of style. Not saying kate didn't look good, but before Meghan she was not stylish, what with the frou frou coat dresses and whatnot.
Post Meghan she's morphed into clean lines, trouser suits and bold choices. Glossy hair, etc etc. She's copying Meghan's taste, she needs to find her own.

She doesn't get to have mum guilt. We pay for her life of luxury. With that life comes DUTY. this is what riles so many people. She wants the trappings that come with her life but isn't willing to make the SACRIFICE that is required. That is what duty is. She is unwilling to do this.

I think a lot of the time it doesn’t even come from W&K’s press office - “palace insiders” just means “we have completely made this up for clicks, but we are being vague enough you can’t prove it”.
