Most specifically him saying they never said the RF was racist, despite accepting an award for fighting racism in the RF?

I get there are people who are anti-royalist, but that doesn’t need to immediately translate to supporting H&M.

If anything, their actions are making the monarchy stronger because he can’t prove anything and people have no idea what ‘leaks’ he’s actually referring to.

I do feel a bit sorry for him but he's done himself no favours. He should have been more specific and given examples of the wrongdoing he feels have been done to him and Meghan, instead of all the hints and vague ramblings , so that there's no doubt and no room for more speculation.

His backtracking over the racist comment has taken away any credibility and I don't think he's given a completely accurate account of the bridesmaid fiasco.

Some of the other inaccuracies , (wrong airline, Xbox etc) while not massively important, have also added weight to the thinking that none of what he says is true.

His attack on the matron at his school was just plain nasty.

I support Harry Fully and there are many like myself out there. The stats for his book sale is evident of his support. Unfortunately the kind,compassionate people like myself don't see the need to express ourselves in social media unlike the hateful people. How do people live with themselves?

I don't think the book sales are a reflection of how many people support him , people just wanted to hear what he had to say .

I was fairly sympathetic towards Harry and Meghan initially. I still think they probably make some good points. However, I think his book has gone too far. In general though, I think picking sides is silly. Both sides have probably done things wrong

Yes loads but they tend to be normal people who aren't obsessed with the RF so dont come onto these threads.

Book sale stats are far more likely to be people after the salacious gossip. I'm sure the book was bought by some as a way of supporting him, but for many others the goss is the key.

@mammymums im sure some people who bought the book are avid supporters but equally I think some people enjoy reading about the car crash that this sounds like. Personally I think he needs a lot more help, he looks and sounds miserable and is now backtracking on some of his accusations, making out it’s everyone else in the wrong. It’s a really sorry situation.

I don't buy into the side argument & I'm sure there are inconsistencies, that's normal. I just don't think what he's "done" is particularly bad looking at Andrew or Charles's bag of cash. I don't understand why people take it so personally.

It would be interesting what percentage of sales were fans and what percentage weren't. I suspect that a lot of sales were people who weren't fans but curious about what he said.

mammymums, also, have you seen the stuff put out by the so called 'Sussexsquad'? One of their number finally realised what a hereditary monarchy means, it's not a popularity contest which Harry and Meghan could 'win', and suggested they 'take out' William and his children so Harry could be king and Meghan his queen. But Harry and Meghan supporters are kind and compassionate, no?

I am team Harry after reading the book. He just wanted a family life and there was no place for him in the RF. I can't wait until book 2. I think Kate and William are two cold fish. I don't like the fact of his 25 kills I think he has said too much. He has a warmness from Diana's side and the Royals seem the opposite. I don't think Camilla is nice just my opinion. I can't see there ever being a reconciliation so he will continue to spill. I think he is just a lost little child still

I think he has a lot more support than people might think. The difference is that these people tend to keep their opinions to themselves or at least amongst family and friends and not spout their hatred all over the Internet. The likes of Piers Morgan and Jeremy Clarkson are prime examples but only because they have their own followers and enjoy spreading hatred and controversy but that's just who they are.

Unconditionally supporting anything or anyone without questioning the actual evidence is really rather foolish

Yes. Nobody deserves the treatment both Harry and Meghan have received from the vile media. If I was him I'd have written a book too it's the only way to get his side heard when everyone isn't listening which must be incredibly frustrating. I hope they can get on with their lives now. I do think people who support them like myself are also the people who won't be reading and commenting on media articles to defend them. Hence the impression everyone hates them because those people are shouting the loudest. I really don't think that's the case. Whatever happened to "be kind?".

What Harry is doing by selling his vicious stories is far worse than anything he’s accusing others of within those stories.
