It just doesn’t make sense, all he has been taking about is how awful they are, and how they basically ‘wouldn’t stop until Meghan was dead’
So why does he want them back in his life?
Surely he’d want to be as far away as possible from them if that were true?!?

Why on earth would they want to reconcile?! He's delusional. He's created the rift in the relationship by doing interviews and tv shows.

The main thing that sticks out for me as well is that there has been a complete breakdown of trust.

Harry wants everything between them to be private so the men in grey suits/aides can’t leak it.
They want everything to be on the record so he can’t record it and sell it.

I can see both views, the trust is completely gone, and how can you ever recover from that?

I’m sure he does. Just like he wanted to stay close to QE while bitching about his father and brother. He knows where the power lies and that his father like most parents will do anything to be back on good terms with his child and have access to his grandchildren.

I did read that the Sussexes wanted to reconcile in the new year after Netflix and his autobiography. Perhaps in time for the Coronation? Quite how they intend to achieve this isn't clear.

I wonder if Bradby challenges any of his claims and delusions? It would be really refreshing is someone did rather than the repetitive 'poor you' that Oprah trawled out for that pity party.

I agree - the trust is completely gone on both sides.

Trust is one of the hardest things to try and rebuild - once lost it may never recover fully of at all.

The trust here has not just been ‘damaged’ it’s been completely destroyed. I don’t think there’s anyway it can be rebuilt from here - they will never be able to trust each other again (for different reasons as you say).

@Janiie doubtful as they prob only agree to go on witH set questions etc like many
Its very sad really that is has come to all this , they seemed to have a close relationship as brothers which has been broken and sometimes you can never go back to what was even if you do move on and make up

He's shown many times he cannot be trusted. This is his own doing.

I hope that there will actually be an interview, that is a journalist questioning, looking for more, rather than just agreeing. Anything in magazines/podcasts/Netflix/Oprah whatever has gone completely unchallenged.

Exactly! I would love an interviewer to say 'how is what you have done any different to what TM did, selling stories and breaching pivacy about family???'
