Harry’s legal proceedings against Home Office

Part of Harry’s claim will remain private. The judge has granted that some documentation can be withheld or redacted due to security reasons (seems sensible to me).

But today the judge has berated Harry’s legal team for breaching the court rules when a copy of the rulings were emailed to someone who’s wasn’t a lawyer. Lawyer Shaheed Fatima WC was also berated for coming into court without an apology for the “clear breach” of court rules.

It’s not behind a paywall afaik, that’s why I posted it 🤔. It’s too long to copy and paste. The book is now being reported on by many sources if you google Tina Brown’s book. Sorry not to be of more help.

There was a book written about Charles a few years ago which was a real eye opener. He’s an incredibly spoilt man.

That's what monarchs like Henry VIII and Elizabeth I would do when they were guests. But that was some 500 years ago!
