Maybe he’ll stop hiding behind his mummy now…

Thanks for the summary Roussette

Epstein's pilot Visoski already took the stand yesterday and will continue his testimony today. I think he talked about all the properties and described the interior of the NY mansion.

Roussette · 30/11/2021 15:30

Oh that's interesting... I missed that.

Roussette · 30/11/2021 19:01

Jeffrey Epstein’s pilot just testified that the following were on board Jeffrey Epstein’s private planes:

Prince Andrew
Donald Trump
Bill Clinton
Violinist Itzhak Perlman
Astronaut John Glenn

If you were wondering whether big names would be coming into this trial, we now know.

Roussette · 30/11/2021 19:03

Oh... and ... Kevin Spacey

Puzzledandpissedoff · 30/11/2021 19:10

Defense attorneys revealed their strategy, painting Maxwell as a “scapegoat” being persecuted because of the government’s failure to bring Epstein to trial

Bit thin isn't it? Almost sounds like "S'not faaaiiirrr, you couldn't get him so you're being nasty to her instead"Confused

DuncinToffee · 30/11/2021 19:20

Klasfeld live tweets

The government just called the witness known by the pseudonym "Jane." Her story loomed large during the prosecution's opening statement.

Epstein's pilot remembered her as the girl with the "piercing powder blue eyes."

Brave woman.

DuncinToffee · 30/11/2021 19:50

The live tweets today can be triggering, please be aware when following.

Roussette · 30/11/2021 20:24

Brave woman. Very.

To think she was only 14 when this started. Shocking, just shocking

islandbeach · 01/12/2021 00:27

I’m just catching up on today’s events. Trying the New York post now as Bloomberg only let me read one article for free yesterday.

I came across this though, how grim is the private jet!! I was picturing just a typical business jet, not beds…

Roussette · 01/12/2021 07:19

Yuk. I felt the pilot saying he didn't see anything, no sex, no nothing is hardly surprising, given he's driving the plane!

He's part of the defence, and yet has confirmed the famous names on the plane

Overnight, Lisa Bloom, the attorney representing several Epstein victims said the prosecution “…very clearly and concisely laid out their case, that there are four victims, that Ghislaine Maxwell knew everything Epstein was doing, that she trafficked these women, that she knew all of it.”

OverByYer · 01/12/2021 07:29

That plane interior is chilling.

islandbeach · 01/12/2021 11:08

Yeah I don’t think it’s that big a deal he didn’t see anything. The names he’s confirmed are no surprise.

I’ve been following an account on instagram since the astroworld tragedy @houseinhabit. She’s US based and quite a good source for sharing lots of relevant tweets and articles, she did it for Astroworld and now about this trial. Some suggestion that it’s not a coincidence that the CEO of Twitter, Walmart and CNBC all resigned on day 1 of the trial. And she also went through many of the major US MSM websites showing how low down the list of articles the trial is. Explains why I’ve struggled to find a decent free live feed! Anyway I find her account interesting to follow so thought I’d share.

Roussette · 01/12/2021 11:37

I saw that island and I did wonder about the coincidence! To add to the list the CFO of Goldmann Sachs also resigned on the same day

I don't do IG, is she on Twitter? Looked at that @, but can't find her...

@TrackerTrial is quite good on Twitter

islandbeach · 01/12/2021 11:41

Oh I think she posted there were 4 but didn’t list the 4th.

Funnily enough she has been sharing quite a lot of tweets from tracker trial so I was going to check them out too but I don’t go on Twitter as much. I’ll see if houseinhabit has an twitter account.

islandbeach · 01/12/2021 11:43

She does have Twitter but doesn’t post on there. She has 370k followers on Instagram

mobile.twitter.com/houseinhabit

I’m not sure how much you can see on Instagram if not registered but here is her account

Roussette · 01/12/2021 13:05

Yes, IG lets you look at one or two but not much more!

SammyScrounge · 18/12/2021 18:46

@PurpleOkapi

I think he probably slept with her, but I don't necessarily think he's lying about it. I think he's probably slept with so many women over the course of his life that he honestly doesn't remember all of them. Being famous, and especially being royalty, will get someone unlimited one-night stands if they're so inclined. I also don't particularly care, because I think 17 is plenty old enough to decide whether you want to have sex with someone. Nothing in VG's own version of events indicates that Andrew himself did anything to force her or had any reason to know that she (supposedly) didn't really want to do it.
And how many men at a party where the drinks are flowing and pretty girls are giving the come on? the come on, would stop to think before engaging with her? Men making a judgement about PA are being hypocritical here because they would not have turned her down either. think PA is a sleaze but not necessarily a criminal one. Epstein is the evil genius behind all this. He trafficked Guiffre and he entrapped PA. It was PA's sleazy lust which trapped him. He should think about that in the future.
Roussette · 19/12/2021 18:57

Ummm.... he was over 40, she was 17.... do you not think that is atrocious judgement on his part? I would imagine a Prince of the realm 23 years older than a young girl would stop to think and 'turn her down' yes.

Can trafficked girls be accused of giving 'the come on'?
I think not.

SnottyLottie · 28/12/2021 22:38

So the latest update is that Andrew has filed a motion that claims Virginia Giuffre lives in Australia, therefore she isn’t a US citizen and so the New York courts don’t have jurisdiction over the case. As such they are trying to have the case thrown out.

news.sky.com/story/prince-andrew-challenges-accuser-virginia-giuffres-residency-status-in-bid-to-have-sex-abuse-case-thrown-out-12505410

Roussette · 29/12/2021 10:47

They'll try anything won't they...

SnottyLottie · 29/12/2021 12:05

The fact that he’s trying to get out of it on a technicality suggests to me that he’s outright guilty or he knows he’s done something wrong. Obviously that is just my opinion based on his actions and not me stating it as fact.

rubicscubicle · 29/12/2021 12:17

I don't think VG has lost her American status has she? She probably has dual citizenship, which may technically mean she can go back to the US anytime she feels like it doesn't it?

I hope this little scam of Andrew's does not work.

Onprozacandmyhighhorse · 29/12/2021 22:23

Guilty!

Onprozacandmyhighhorse · 29/12/2021 22:26

Sorry, wrong thread!

OverByYer · 29/12/2021 22:27

Not really wrong thread, this does not bode well for PA. Cant wait to see it all unravel.
