Reading the preview I'm staggered anyone can contemplate being able to read a whole book that's doubtless filled with poorly written, overly flowery sycophantic prose whilst keeping their face straight, not spluttering their tea, rolling eyes and occasionally raising their blood pressure in indignation.

I'm amazed they still seem to have so many supporters - they must have lost all critical thinking skills and able to make huge mental leaps to put an even remotely positive spin on their behaviour.
