I love a bit of game, me. Mr C's not so keen, funnily enough. I hope you've got Gamekeeper, London, E17 on your CV.

I've got the epilator out to mark the arrival of summer. Mr C is looking at me in disapproval at my deranged ways.

Will have to hoover later and pretend it's cat fur.

Weedsnseeds1 · 04/06/2018 11:35

I have my "use of air rifles in urban bird control" certificate under the qualifications section! Grin

Ollivander84 · 04/06/2018 11:39

Epilator? OW Grin
If I did that I would have O completely bemused "why momma cry? STOP momma" Grin

Mr C's all too familiar with profanity. Grin

Ollivander84 · 04/06/2018 17:08

O is on his third tin of kitten food today. Steroids make him HANGRY apparently Hmm
If he doesn't gain weight after this, I'm stealing his metabolism (weighed in at 3.2kg)

We're up to 3 Mousies now. Gawd knows how that happened.

LanaorAna2 · 04/06/2018 21:28

Where are they?

LanaorAna2 · 04/06/2018 21:28

Where are they?

cozietoesie · 04/06/2018 21:36

In the 'Mousie Place'. I just pick them up when I see them. Guess I picked up Mousie 3.

cozietoesie · 04/06/2018 21:39

PS - the 'Mousie Place' is the Half Landing.

LanaorAna2 · 04/06/2018 22:27

Mr C keeps banana near his box. It moves, although I am not allowed to lift.

Mr C's off his food. He's not eating much, and has just refused a freshly grilled and sliced bit of lamb. He's not ill, very purry, tray all right. Had a slight stomach upset last week, I suspect that was the heat tho. Do I just leave it? I'm slightly wary of tempting him with anything else new. Maybe he's just having a non-eating phase?

cozietoesie · 04/06/2018 22:28

How long for?

LanaorAna2 · 04/06/2018 23:00

Four days, on and off. He's done a big furball too, so am hoping for improvements.

A chunk of lamb (that would have been my supper) has vanished.

Ollivander84 · 04/06/2018 23:02

O is being very serious watching 24hrs in custody with me

Hope Ollie has had even more cuddles than usual today, Ollivander. In honour of it being Hug Your Cat Day 2018 Grin

LanaorAna2 · 04/06/2018 23:21

An entire lamb steak has gone missing. So has my supper, and the thinly sliced one in The Bowl.

Someone is still hassling me nonstop on the grounds of his piteous malnourished frailty.

Mewing loudly over Newsnight. Lies that make Jeremy Thorpe look like Mother Teresa.

LanaorAna2 · 04/06/2018 23:22

When is My Cat is a Liar Day?

I was really worried.

Papergirl1968 · 04/06/2018 23:26

Oh no, Lana. Cats should wins Oscars really for their ability to pretend they are being starved...

cozietoesie · 04/06/2018 23:30

Smile That.'s something - but keep an eye on the tray.

LanaorAna2 · 04/06/2018 23:33

I went out for a drink with friends and was worried all the way through. Little sod.

Also he has attacked the sofa so hard in his struggle to get me to serve another meal that a big bolt has fallen out.

I'm going to Lift Him Up while I say A Few Words, that always works. He objects. Might get some kip, though.

Ollivander84 · 05/06/2018 00:06

Paper - he has celebrated by wrapping all paws and claws around my arm and giving me "brain full of rainbow" eyes

Ollie’s looks of adoration are so sweet!

Weedsnseeds1 · 05/06/2018 23:09

Do cat muzzles exist?
Happy to eat fava beans and a nice Chianti, but the protein contributions to the daily meal plan are getting out of hand...

Weedsnseeds1 · 05/06/2018 23:10

Ollie looks so teeny Grin

Ollivander84 · 05/06/2018 23:10

Um I think a cat muzzle might be tricky to get on said cat Grin

Tomorrow is... KITTENS day! Provided Ollie doesn't fancy another vet trip
