Oh No. Grim.

Two Pills has refused to take either pill without garlic sausage. He has been placed on the floor after refusing to let me have even a sniff of lunch ie the rest of the packet. Two verbal warnings. One Lift of flailing animal.

Removal from sofa is the equivalent of a stint in Guantanamo in this house.

He's sitting at my feet doing anticipatory purring. Naughty.

Allergictoironing · 23/08/2018 18:43

Mine are refusing to associate with me today. I had the audacity to GO OUT for a whole 2 HOURS, and only give them a whole lick e lix each as soon as I got in. They seem to have forgotten that not so long ago I would be out for a good 8 or more hours 5 days a week...

Ollivander84 · 23/08/2018 19:04

I have finished scrubbing the carpets. O is not happy as I rang the vet who advised no food for a bit and then dry only
No more poo yet.... he covered the lounge, hall and spare room

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 23/08/2018 19:35

Yikes.

Ollivander84 · 23/08/2018 19:42

Not exactly the word I used.

TMI so don't read if eating!

From what I can see he had done a normal poo under the bed and then it was drops all from the bedroom, down the hall and towards his tray in the lounge. It makes more sense than if he had started at the tray

Caught short.....poor lad. (And poor you.)

Ollivander84 · 23/08/2018 20:01

I can highly recommend the carpet cleaner foam I got Grin
He seems ok, just quiet

Nothing more dismal to follow than The Trail of Doom. Sympathies O. Try and have a peaceful evening. Both follow a strict diet of water for him, gin for you.

LanaorAna2 · 23/08/2018 20:43

My ancient parents have gone on a minibreak. Their surviving cat is being looked after by my cousin, a distinguished army colonel.

When I say 'surviving' I mean 'medical miracle'. Black fluffball has diabetes, arthritis, various mental disorders, stomach trouble, kidney failure, and nearly died several times from falls. He is incredibly sweet.

So far the colonel has spent 3 hours chasing him round with a syringe, stumped off to Waitrose for mince, and had to leave a meeting early to administer a tablet. He has been caught googling cat taxidermy sites. Grin

cozietoesie · 23/08/2018 21:35

Sounds like a good candidate, Lana. Smile I take it he is normally catless?

cozietoesie · 23/08/2018 21:36

Sorry. 'Candidate for a pet rescue' I should have said.......

LanaorAna2 · 23/08/2018 22:14

I've tried C. I think the black fluffball and his bladder issues may explain why cousin wants to get a dog Grin especially after we told cousin that the little cat 'is only still alive because he loves you so much'.

cozietoesie · 23/08/2018 22:17

Achh- he could have both. Smile

Ollivander84 · 23/08/2018 22:18

I'll post Ollie Grin
No more explosions but he's wandering around the house looking sorry for himself. I'll feel better once he's used his litter tray

OP posts:
LanaorAna2 · 23/08/2018 22:22

He'd LOVE Ollie. Nearly as much as I ache for Ginge.

Good news on the lack of poo bombs O.

cozietoesie · 23/08/2018 22:36

Have you tried actually putting him in his tray?

Ollivander84 · 23/08/2018 22:48

He won't be picked up, never has been able to. Worried if I try then there will be an explosion!

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 23/08/2018 22:49

Not looking overly stressed(!)

cozietoesie · 23/08/2018 22:52

Ah well. I'm just worried that he thinks he's done a Bad Thing and will take against his tray. (I mean he has but it's the possible thinking it that concerns me.) Are you still giving him TLC and chatter?

Ollivander84 · 23/08/2018 22:53

I'm being forced to Grin there is a paw on me and the claws dig in every time I move
I made no comment about what happened, just cleared up and he went outside for a bit and then came back in
It's not like him so I'm presuming he ate something f

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 23/08/2018 23:03

Although the vet asked if he was likely to have caught a mouse or eaten a dead bird. I stopped myself laughing out loud
