Just watched 20 minutes of episode 1

Love it.

At the start of episode one there is a glimpse of Rylan as a bot. Which isn’t that hard for him he is very well groomed as a human ! Lol

Diane is a natural isn’t she. I liked her as Liz in motherland. She never looks like she is acting , if that makes any sense.

I already like the other characters as well.
its a good cast.

I wasn’t quite sure of this as I watched the first episode but it grew on me and watched three episodes. It’s just lovely and quite poignant.Also a big fan of Diane Morgan and Sue Johnston. I got very excited when @the80sweregreat said about there were new episodes of the Cockfields! Unfortunately I think she was talking about the episodes where Gregor Fisher took over from Bobby Ball.
i would love to see a new series of that.

Love Diane Morgan...on tv and also as a person for her animal rights/ vegan stance but was disappointed in this . I've only watched 2 so far tho

They said in the ad they you can have a robot look like someone you know

Never heard of Cockfields , but having heard it mentioned so many times on this thread ,, I am going to have to look it up and watch some !

Seen the ad and that was a no. Looked tedious and deathly dull.

It just made me feel very sad about DM and my aunt, who are widows who live by themselves.

during the first episode but like you, felt suddenly very moved at the end of it.

Wonderfully original and a great cast, but Diane Morgan is just outstanding.

I've watched the first 2 episodes and was a bit underwhelmed - hopefully it will improve. I loved Mandy, Philomena Cunk and Motherland, Diane Morgan is usually brilliant so I am staying optimistic.

Watched the first two, so funny! They must have had to do many retakes for lots of scenes - the bit where Linda edged the shop customer off to the right and the actor was just about to laugh!

Do you (or anybody) know where you can see them all? Some series seem to be readily available whereas others seem to fly right under the radar.
