Fresh blood, good. Always weird though to have so many in troupe not partnered.
I'd bench Aljaz/Karen/Neil/Amy to see newbies. Fan favourites they might be, but I don't need Nikita or JoJo or Vito particularly either. Michelle didn't wow me, Nancy never has.
Love Katya still, and would like to see Lauren and Kai again and these two. Wouldn't mind Carlos back. Then bun fight/heights match for the rest.
Show does need some new life injecting into it.
Aljaz out of breath last year, sweating like Luther Vandross was a bit cringe.
Neil did Toyah dirty with crap head turns and bucking broncos.
Kai should never have been benched.
Vito is overdoing the puppy/language mix-up schtick.
Amy's choreo is still too dull.
Karen goes through the motions. Give her the ringah if you are keeping her for this series.
Jojo is repetitive sass and Nikita believes his own hype.
They all speak very highly of me!!!

I would happily see Amy off the roster. No offence to her personal issues but she’s just the least inspiring choreographer on the team.

Karen deserves someone good once, just to make up for Jayde frankly.

I have no strong feelings either way for anyone else, except that I’m part of the group within the thread that finds Neil tedious

Vito and the OTT schtick thing does grate I grant you @SequinsandSoleros

I’d like the results to be broadcast live on Saturday nights. Won’t happen, I suppose.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Martine McCutcheon is pushing for a place this year.

I honestly do not get the need for so many pros. It just creates awkwardness over who gets benched and who doesn't; the pro dances always end up looking too manic and overcrowded; and surely the money would be better spent on tempting a better calibre of celebrities? I think it also tells the pros who is in favour and who isn't and puts that added pressure on them to make an impact.

Wouldn't mind Rob Brydon or Lee Mack either, the former for the impressions and Anton lookalikey jokes, Lee is quite amusing and can do the joke about Chris not bothering to come and watch him as no point

Final one on my wishlist would be Ncuti, seeing as the Beeb owe him. Sadly, he's got too much on theatre-wise/too big for it atm. Billie Piper would be a blast, given her I hate Suzie too storyline (still love all that choreo).

Ah good. Deserves it. Missed out on a real pain because of I know he's been doing a lot of theatre. He's in the war of the roses remake but no idea what he's filming next.

Not while she's still playing club football. You won't any sports stars while they are under contract to a team because of the injury risk.

Rob Brydon would be fun. Ruth Jones too - she appeared as a guest in the Clauditorium last year but whether she’d agree to it, who knows.

Mo Farah could be interesting, if true. A very successful retired athlete with a compelling back story.
