I don't think 45 minutes is long enough for anything involving butternut squash. Or at least, not anything nice.

i don’t mind wobble, jelly, pannacotta, crème brûlée, but bouncing is a step too far. If it comes back when you throw it at the wall ……….. no.

Then I usually put it in a lamb tagine.

Sami is not going to cut it with his soupa.
