My kids are now excited about learning about The Gambia. We're now 42 countries away so they'll have forgotten about this dish by the time we get there.

These first two heats could really have been mixed up more. First lot great, this lot fairly average except Haddy and Aaron.

Undercooked lamb is taking over from non-runny chocolate fondant, isn't it?

Haddy's great. And Aaron has a very kind (and good-looking) face.

Penny obviously just cooks lots and lots of stuff and piles it up on plates for her 'boys'.
