We had to watch on catch-up as I was out this evening - I wanted Kasae to win - but very glad that Tom won in the end. I don't doubt that all three of them will have stellar futures though.

Monica scrubs up well. I wish Marcus would fuck off to the barbers and get a decent haircut and attention to his beard.

Have dipped in and out for the last few weeks as I had reached peak tolerance for wankery and had to detox. Small relapse with cod jaws and chicken feet but my counsellor says I should be Ok by Christmas just as long as I avoid three month old slow cooked ox heart, but hey what are the chances of that on telly!!

Many thanks Cooking! Did a little google and found a fetching picture of Jay looking a tad piratical, though without a gold earring.

Sneery Sitwell is on there, so we will have a ready made hate contestant, here’s hoping for un rendered and raw lamb, watery jus, non gooey chocolate fondants , curdled whatever can curdle and a dropped plate or two, maybe he could try to sous vide a glass bowl to make things perfect.

And the critics one is on the 28 th December. They are going to be judged by previous Masterchef winners, so revenge comments are also a possibility.

Only caught up this morning. Delighted Tom won. DH called it when he aced his skills challenge.
Think if Kasea apple had worked it would have been close!
Tommy needs to take up mediation or something he's very intense.
