I think Tom has won but they are all so good.

The winners compilation always makes me teary

All 3 of them have done really well, but Tom is the only one where everything seems to have been perfect (apart from using another chef’s lemon curd recipe!)

They're all brilliant. Best final we've had in a while, I think.

Who’d have thought we’d get food like this at the start of the series?

If Kasae hadn't told them how she intended to present her dessert they'd probably have thought her food was perfect too.

I am renowned for my visceral dislike of Gregg but concede his whimper at Toms dessert was a little glimpse of humanity. As you were.

Every chef from the beginning has been excellent. A higher standard than previous years even.

These three all did well in the skills test, I think?

I wanted Kasae to win. But am happy for Tom, especially as his dad won't bury him under the patio now.
