• innocent young girl with family secrets in the background
• she is AMAZINGLY beautiful, angelic even. Her hair is TO DIE FOR.
• OMG her eyes, I can’t even explain how amazing they are
• she’s been done wrong by her evil family
• dodgy shenanigans with her close relative (he’s attractive though so that’s all ok)

Series starts with Heaven, then Fallen Angel I think, and there might be another. Fill yer boots!

What did happen to Cory? In the books it was never really explained other than Corrine saying he died and Cathy saying in a later book that there was a funny smell from another room?

I think it did but perhaps you were too young when you read it and glossed over it? He ate too many of the arsenic laced doughnuts, Grandmother and Corrine said they took him to the hospital except they didn't really,they let him die, put his body in a trunk ( if the book was the same as the film ,I can't remember the exact details in the book)

But OH MY GOD- they're all available free on youtube! Knocked off Heaven last night. Cannot wait to demolish the rest.

Just quietly, I binged all the Sweet Valley High TV episodes (youtube) recently. Wow did they take some license with the books, and they got Lila all wrong, but it was an important life experience.

Clearly there is a link with the quality literature of FITA and SVH, cos I loved that too! 🤣

I had a great day yesterday (remember I am on holiday, I do usually have a life). I slept almost ten hours, pottered around in loungewear, had a long bath, fresh loungewear, then both Seeds of Yesterday (really awful) and My Sweet Audrina. My DP had a work thing at night so I had the house to myself the entire time.

My only regret is that my snacks weren’t better.

I watched all of the origin series. Quite enjoyed it actually.

Then decided to find the lifetime movies. Watched what I thought were the first 3 (not all in one go) and was confused about why the last one didn't make sense. Then realised I watched 1,2 and 4
So I'm watched half of 3 this afternoon until I had to come out.

It's such a shame they are rubbish because I think they could actually be good movies if they were done well! Horrific content, but good.

The casting for Bart Senior was all wrong in the Paramount movies, wasn't he supposed to be dark haired with a moustache, not blond?
