Anyone else excited about Torchwood tonight?

In the continued absence of Dr Who and the luscious David Tennant, I am looking forward to Torchwood tonight and the almost as gorgeous Captain Jack. Bring it on!

I loved it - great to see JM again. And I think JB is brilliant too. So for me, it was a good evening. Actually enjoyed the story too

Again - it doesn't matter about the storyline OR acting... pretty man.

Its not heresy Unquiet Dad - its part of his appeal I think - he can only play one character - the mumbling is his English accent!

The sex emphasis on TW is a bit tedious - Dr Who with sex and slightly dodgy writing. But sadly I will watch any old crap (not that TW is crap) if JM is in it. Sad but true.

If you lot could roll your tongues in for a minute - was that a child of Capotain Jack mentioned at the end?

I thought the flashback was of Jack as a child holding an adults hand. I didn't catch what john actually said.

Was it " I found Gray?"

Thats what it sounded like. I was just thinking that Jack did say he'd been pregnant once.

OK, it was a bit tiresome.

But...ooh...Spike and once more...oooh.

And I liked the Star Wars ref.

And - like other Cardiffians past and present - I have to watch just so dh and I can go "hang on...is that Colum Road?", "hey, that's Cathays!" and "look, Howell's!" every five minutes

Ooh, well that would be more interesting, Jack having a child I mean.

Was it Jack who said about the pregnancy or was it Boe? (I know they are one and the same, but just wondering when it happened.)

I remember Jack making some jokey remark about being pregnant as in "I'm never doing that again" but it was a throwaway " let's wind them up some more " remark.

If this show is going to be a constant teenage wanky gayed-up gayfest (with guns) then at least let it have some decent lipstick lezzing this time to keep the dads happy.

Yes, but it only lasted a minute.

oh and the bit with the alien sex thing (sorry I know that sounds like the whole of Torchwood)- where awful Gwen got snogged by the alien in a girl's body

but that is so not sexy because it involves Gwen.
