I would normally describe myself as the very opposite to the hang 'em and flog 'em brigade but having watched this programme, I can imagine that the police and judiciary have saved themselves, and the tax-payer, thousands and thousands of pounds by locking this loathsome individual away as no doubt he would have gone on and on wreaking havoc whenever and whereever he could. I wouldn't often describe someone as irredeemable either, but he certainly appeared to be.

RevolvingPivot · 26/03/2021 09:55

I think the people around her were glad to get rid. (Only once they knew about sexual assault though). The first two women questioned said they didn't know him but then the man told the police where he was.

whatsthestory123 · 29/03/2021 21:01

all ready for tonights episode

Thanks for the reminder whatsthestory123

MeadowHay · 29/03/2021 21:14

Am watching too. Imagine someone just randomly coming up to you in the street and putting a gun against your head Shock

whatsthestory123 · 29/03/2021 21:18

how frightening for those children

MeadowHay · 29/03/2021 21:19

I can't believe they weren't crying? It makes me wonder what other scary/odd behaviour they've witnessed? If that happened to my nearly 3 year old she'd be so upset and crying and scared I think, and a baby to be woken up in the middle of the night and not cry as well. Poor children.

whatsthestory123 · 29/03/2021 21:21

yes agree im sure they have seen plenty, how very sad for them to be bought up like that

OP posts:
MeadowHay · 29/03/2021 21:43

His name is so ironic too.

Clutterbugsmum · 29/03/2021 22:07

I know it's no excuse but once again a child has to be brought up in chaos and abuse, clearly Justice was/is a traumatised person who can only get the help he needed despite asking once he is in prison.

BigSandyBalls2015 · 29/03/2021 22:15

Sad case tonight, and only 21.

The male PC interviewing seemed rather odd!

Hullish · 29/03/2021 22:16

@Clutterbugsmum absolutely, and he is also a victim.

I work with young people who have had the sort of upbringing Justice seems to have had, it’s incredibly sad and in a lot of ways he is also a victim. Sad that he only got the help he had been asking for when he was sent to prison.

MeadowHay · 29/03/2021 22:55

Yes very sad. Tbh I would imagine the vast majority of violent offenders have tragic histories surely Sad ? As a nation we are really failing so many people and there doesn't seem to be any real will to do much about it.

Crazycakelady17 · 29/03/2021 23:03

Obviously he should of got a serious sentence but I think it’s a joke the guy last week got 18 years for all the trauma and offences he caused and this guy got 22 years yes it was a horrible thing he did but on the face of it he has had a hard life and obvious mental health issues I actually feel sorry for him.

ceilingsand · 29/03/2021 23:32

I felt sorry for him too. It was awful.

Absolutelyscunnered · 29/03/2021 23:33

@whatsthestory123

Where were the children in tonight’s episode.? I heard Justice speak about his kids and only feeling peace when with them but didn’t actually see footage with any children. What did I miss?
Mammaaof · 29/03/2021 23:37

@Absolutelyscunnered where they went to the flat of his girlfriend and she had a small baby and a 3 year old the police were pointing guns at them

viques · 29/03/2021 23:43

@Crazycakelady17

Was he involved with all the guns that were being modified to shoot bullets at other human beings to kill them? That wasn’t made clear. If he was he deserves every second of his sentence .
RubyViolet · 29/03/2021 23:43

And as Justice was sentenced we saw that his children will probably feel the same abandonment he felt.
I noticed he had Teachers reporting him being abused at 4 and smoking weed at 8.
Then he tried to ask his GP for mental health help 3 times. Our mental health and social care services are broken.

Absolutelyscunnered · 30/03/2021 00:19

Thanks @RubyViolet and @Mammaaof

It’s an utterly horrific cycle that will I’m all
probability continue.

Absolutelyscunnered · 30/03/2021 00:22

in all probability that should read.

SakuraEdenSwan1 · 30/03/2021 01:07

Wow this episode was really sad all round, Justice was literally like 2 different people.

Loving we are back at Luton with the original staff from way back, I love this programme and how hard hitting it is. It made my 9 year old sit up and take notice, the true reality of the damage guns can do and not just in video games.

Anne1958 · 30/03/2021 07:24

The male PC interviewing seemed rather odd!

I just popped in to see if anyone else thought the male PC didn’t come across very well.

Sidge · 30/03/2021 07:41

That interviewing police officer got a bit personal I thought! Rather unnecessary.

I found it quite a sad episode. Sad for Justice as he was a product of his environment. Sad for his kids. But pleased that a dangerous man is off the streets.

I do think his drug use was responsible for his behaviour - smoking weed daily is so damaging. Weed now just isn’t comparable to the weed available when I was his age. The change between the man seen running rampage through the streets and the rather broken man seen in custody was stark.

Anne1958 · 30/03/2021 07:48

It was very sad and upsetting all round.

The male police officer made a fool of himself when always emphasising ‘Justice’ when speaking and far from Justice having a mullet I thought his hair was beautiful.
