Mum new series

I enjoyed the first series (which is currently on iplayer) - some terrific performances, esp from Lesley Manville, Dorothy Atkinson and Lisa McGrillis. For any other fans, Series 2 starts 20 Feb

Thought I'd revive this thread! Does anyone know when the new series is due on? It can't be long now - it was supposed to be Autumn 2018

I'm very excited too.

I think they're filming at the moment. I follow the son on twitter and he tweeted a while ago about the script read through. And he tweeted yesterday a short video of him and the girlfriend doing the cup thing that they use for the music.
Not sure when it'll be on again though.

An article above suggested filming late 2018 and on tv early-ish 2019.

Boo - not quite imminent yet then! Might have to watch the first two series again while I'm waiting.
