Max is my one true 'stenders love, although I did have a thing for Grant circa 1995. I think it's the bad boy wit a soft side that I fall for. I definitely melted over Grant when Tiff died, those tears. And similar with Max when Bradley died, and when he recounted the tale of how Jim shut him in a coffin as a child. I still think that Stacey is the right woman for him though, always has been, always will be. I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

I was under the impression that Max had exhausted all avenues of general nastiness to evict the Turpin Rd tenants, and was under pressure from Mr Big to hurry up so no time to wait for bailiffs (that would take weeks).

He needed a last resort - ie torching the rented house, bit extreme but there we are - and saw an opportunity to carry it out without implicating himself by blackmailing Steven into doing it.

I'm pretty sure the tenants were not supposed to be at home when the fire was set, just as they weren't supposed to be when Max tried to change the locks.

Aaron Sidwell is a bloody good actor because not only did I feel sorry for him last night, but felt somewhat aroused by his chiselled good looks and emotional performance.

Mind you, I also came over all unnecessary at the vision of a tattooed Clayne Crawford in the highly underrated movie The Perfect Host last night.

Billy, ive spent weeks having a pop at Steven on here, but last night i felt his fear! Still low to pretend to be ill to snare the reluctant Lauren, but his acting has improved a lot and he isnt bad looking.
