Yeah I don't really have any sympathy for Steven. Lauren hasn't kissed Josh or anything has she? I know she's flirted but didn't think anything happened. Add in the condom stabbing, Jane - shooting and Pat attempted murder and he's not really a sympathetic character. Also what happened about all the money he nicked from Ian?

I've just looked up the attempted murder of Pat as I couldn't remember the detail. Apparently Ian caught Steven trying to smother Pat with a pillow (no mercy killing, was to prevent her telling Ian something about Lucy). Ian said he would kill him if he ever came back to the Square, so not sure what happened.

Hi all waves Stephen and Lauren are made for each other. We all keep saying about Stephen shooting Jane etc; but we are forgetting that Lauren ran max over with a car and put him in a life threatening coma, leaving Tanya to take the blame.

James Herriott's missus ( not sure of her name?) has an odd way about her - They have a daughter who doesnt want to visit them and he has a secret gun. She also has an odd taste in cardigans. They havent brought much else to the soap so far, at least Waynetta is a bit entertaining and has a bit of potential.

Joyce is her name. I don't know why the producer got rid of Pam and Les and brought in Ted and Joyce just a few months after when both couples are so similar

Tunnock - the way people eat in EE has long been a source of rage for me. One-handed, using fork as shovel, elbow on table etc. Disgusting.

i must zone out when the vet and Joyce go on. i much preferred pam and lestine myself, at least pam was nice and les dressing as a woman had potential for more stories - however, the new producer said no i suppose/ shame really.

I mist zone out out too- had no idea about the son in Australia.

Apart from the long suffering bullying storyline, there hasn't been a decent storyline since Ronnie and Roxy died. The bus crash, Sylvia's death, Lee and Whitney, just all bits that the viewers would prefer to fast forward if they could.

The suffering with the storylines has obviously affected my ability to write a sentence properly

Re names: isn't one of the children called Chatham?

I thought Pam actress left? Rather than being written out. Could be wrong though.

venella, there was a sketch show with Harry Enfield and Kathy burke and they played characters called Wayne and Waynetta. Waynetta was similar to this new woman in EE - her catch phrase was ' i'm 'aving a fag' and they lived in a flat. I dont know,but i imagine that it might be on u tube. They were total slobs.
