Can't help feeling Martin is happy for Kush to be dad now he has his own baby on the way with Stacey.

I assumed the bully girls had talked about the birthmark after spending time at the alleged pyjama party with Louise.

Ah - I don't know. I really like Martin and the way he's grown up over the last couple of years. I think the scenes with Bex and Louise and the pregnancy test were well done - he was a bit hapless and awkward but didn't start shouting the odds and was clearly concerned. I have a huge soft spot for him

He and Stacey are my favourite characters.

I like Martin too. It was the way he said daddy kush and then started talking about his baby as soon as the door shut.

Am I the only one to be very irritated by Kathy at the moment? She's so ineffectual and shallow - undermines Jane WRT Ian's healthy eating, spouts platitudes to Steven instead of talking about the reality of the situation, waltzes out of her shift at the cafe on the slightest excuse ... I could go on!

Yes Kathy is MIL from hell.

Abby is a complete cowbag tbf Lauren has all the attention in Abbys eyes but what a brat she I do like it she has gone a bit Babe though. I liked keegans mum not excusing his behaviour

I did feel sorry for Abby though. Lauren does just breeze through everyone's lives without a second thought for them.

The boy twin was separated as they could only afford to look after Zoe and Kat didnt know she had another child.. Kat's mother agreed for him to be adopted and not tell her about him. Kat's mum and dad brought Zoe up as their own until she discovered the truth when she was about 20 or something in the famous ' but i am your muvver' scene early 00s.

Whatever happened to Derek working in the shop? He hasn't been there in weeks and then I think he gets sacked or leaves this week, what a boring character what even was his point in the show?

I actually felt sorry for Stephen last night but good for him being the bigger Person and showing Lauren's stirring sister that she can't split them up

Stephen is so slim, its not often i envy a man! lol. ( i normally envy women that are slimmer than me)

I dont feel sorry for him though - lauren became pregnant by him when she didnt want to be and he also shot Jane years ago. He has tried to scupper Lauren's ambitions in life and is a bit of a whinger.

soup, exactly, if i were lauren i would be a bit frightened. he seems on the edge and he does have a violent temper. She isnt aware of how dangerous he is.

Thinking about my joy at the shrinking of the Carter family: where is Tina? Has she left? Did I miss something? Haven't seen her for aaaages - not that I am complaining AT ALL as she is a truly terrible character.
