thank you blondes for new thread.
Abi's 21st must be significant as its been mentioned by her loads of times - parties generally dont go well either on soaps.
Steven will flip eventually at lauren over her termination i am sure. he is about to blow i think!

Theycalledmethewildrose · 22/06/2017 14:52

Thanks for setting up the new thread!

iknowimcoming · 22/06/2017 14:55

Thanks blondes Grin yep Abbie will get hammered after probably not many people turn up, she'll get all "Lauren always get what she wants" and blab to someone/everyone that Lauren had a termination and that she told Steven, cue duff duffs.

I wonder if Louise will get together with Keegan eventually .....

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/06/2017 15:03

Welcome :)

Something will def happen at the party or someone turn up .....:

Just watching the most recent episode now. God Lauren, ditch them both, they're awful! Abusive and controlling, violent Steven or feckless and pathetic Josh. What a choice. I could imagine the flaming she would get on Relationships. I actually feel sorry for Abi, I can just picture her post in AIBU.

southeastdweller · 22/06/2017 16:16

Lauren would deserve a flaming! Her and Steven are as bad as each other.

Tunnocksmallow · 22/06/2017 18:20

Kathy &a Jane fighting for Ian's attention. I can see Jane wrapping those crutches around Kathy's head at some point.

Linda should be back soon..... joy Hmm reunited with Sausage et al.

MacarenaFerreiro · 22/06/2017 19:35

What's the weird tube bloke up to with Chelle?

Theycalledmethewildrose · 22/06/2017 20:18

Something to do with Preston I guess?

Possibly a reporter trying to get a 'scoop'!from middle aged shop assistant hooked up with schoolboy

BillyDaveysDaughter · 22/06/2017 20:37

Nah, with the stalker ish behaviour and the unnecessary aggression towards the passer-by who bumped into him, Nuchelle's new love interest is going to develop into a controlling or violent relationship I reckon.

Maybe he's not even widowed?

As for the dog in the pond storyline and the police turning up - OH PUHLEASE

The80sweregreat · 22/06/2017 20:38

Not seen tonights one yet, but i did see on line that 'tube man' is a new character , so guessing he will be around for a while. I wonder if he is anything to do with Mr Big?
If Kaff is playing up, i suggest Jane reminds her of the years of pain when she 'pretended' to be dead in SA and had Ian and Ben grieving for months. might keep her quiet! ( i would if she were my in law).. can you imagine the AIBU on that one? lol

buddhasbelly · 22/06/2017 20:41

ah new thread!! I thought the last one was a bit quiet even for dire EE - this was my post from the old thread...

first post after the new episode...come on EE you're losing us!

I enjoyed Steven's scenes tonight, and it was nice to have Pam back again (please stay Pam)

the dog storyline was just ridiculous, i'm not really getting that there's a case to be answered for? or am i being silly?

EnidButton · 22/06/2017 20:48

Checking in so I can keep up.

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 22/06/2017 20:49

Haven't seen tonight's yet but just wanted to check in to the new thread.

Can't wait to catch up on whatever the dog story is Hmm

iknowimcoming · 22/06/2017 20:52

The ridiculous dog story pales into insignificance compared to the ridiculous nanny story surely? Zzzzzzzzz

buddhasbelly · 22/06/2017 20:59

@iknowimcoming at least the nanny one taught anyone that doesn't know, how to get chewing gum out of hair...the dog story taught us nothing! NOTHING!! Step away from the keyboard buddha...the dog storyline really has gotten to me in all its drivel!!

SoupDragon · 22/06/2017 21:03

The dog story taught us that dogs should always be on a lead.

youarenotkiddingme · 22/06/2017 21:17

Keegan is one of those really annoying gobby teens who could argue the sky is red and make you seem like the mad one for insisting it's blue!

He needs reining in quick smart!

MrsJayy · 22/06/2017 21:24

Just checking in will watch tomorrow

Akire · 22/06/2017 21:29

Agree tonight was nothing to write home about. How did dog even end up in pond. Was tug war over bag unless she kicked him and I missed it. Plus the pond was shallow enough for the dog to stand up so don't see problem was!

Shame Les was missing from tonight, didn't get the sign. They had a bloke before didn't they and all messed up so why didn't he have a go at him? Was Jay paying him off?why?

Stalker guy is defo odd but guess Nuchelle has to have some sort of story line.

buddhasbelly · 22/06/2017 21:48

@soupdragon touche...well played!

Optimist1 · 22/06/2017 21:49

I tuned out with the dog story, too boring to think about and the new family are still doing nothing for me.

Tomorrow night's episode should be good - Abi's 21st birthday party.

BillyDaveysDaughter · 22/06/2017 22:48

Oh god I forgot about the new nanny. My eyes nearly rolled out of my head. Really??

I dunno what the hell the writers are on, the dialogue is truly terrible at the moment. Although I did roar when Shirley ALMOST got to say arse.

SoupDragon · 22/06/2017 22:52

I did actually snigger to myself with the whole "dogs should be on a lead" story. It was lifted straight from 101 MN threads in the subject :o
