Oh phew, thank goodness-panic over!

Sorry about that!Blush

DispatchReady · 14/03/2017 16:38

Really looking forward to this but I do find Thandie Newton quite irritating so hoping it won't spoil it for me!

NotYoda · 14/03/2017 16:48

Oh me too! I don't quite know why - I think there was some smuggo interview a while back that got on my nerves

QueenieGoldstein · 14/03/2017 16:51

She redeemed herself in Westworld for me, she was fabulous in that

DispatchReady · 15/03/2017 12:42

Didn't see the smug interview, but I've never liked her since she was Dr Carter's girlfriend in ER!

diddl · 15/03/2017 12:53

"but I've never liked her since she was Dr Carter's girlfriend in ER!"

Me too!

Totally ruined it for me.

tribpot · 15/03/2017 13:16

Dr Carter's wife, not just his girlfriend Grin

ButtonMooooon · 15/03/2017 22:08

I saw this advertised and thought oh that looks good, didn't realise it was series 4. Someone on another thread said series 1&2 are on Netflix and series 3 is on BBC3 now so thought I'd check it out.

I have lost two days of my life and watched 9 episodes since yesterday lunchtime. I am absolutely hooked!!!!!

DispatchReady · 15/03/2017 22:57

Button well done! Its so good!

tribpot · 16/03/2017 06:51

Well done Button!

ButtonMooooon · 16/03/2017 07:08

I am unexpectedly off work again today and have stuff to do but now that's not going to happen is it!!!! I am a bit worried about catching up though, I've been spoilt and will have to wait a week between episodes like everyone else!!!

Optimist1 · 16/03/2017 11:10

Great news that this is back on. I'll be reporting for detective duty when required! Wink

ButtonMooooon · 16/03/2017 15:18

OMG what's happened to me. I am completely obsessed.

I also didn't sleep very well last night

absolutelynotfabulous · 16/03/2017 18:29

Brilliant! It's on Bbc now, late at night, and on catchup. Well, series 3 is anyway.

I don't like Thandie Newton either but Vicky McClure more than makes up for that. Nice Mothers' Day treat better than the annual dodgy curry.

Whywaitfortomorrow · 17/03/2017 09:44

REally looking forward to this, watching last series on iplayer to refresh my memory. It did go a bit 'Mission Impossible' on the last episode and hoping they haven't done that with the new series. Bit worried after watching 'Replacement' with Dougray Scott that they will have gone all 'Hollywood' with it because Thandie Newton is in it.

Keeping fingers crossed. Arnott and Fleming all the way...

buggerthebotox · 17/03/2017 10:00

I don't think it's going to be too Hollywood. Hope not, anyway.

I agree the ending to S3 was a bit far-fetched but hey ho.

I'm not sure how I'm going to cope without Dot and Denton, though. Hope Thandie goes a bit grubby and unkempt like Keeley Hawes did for Denton.

She (Thandie) was interviewed on Marr last week and came across as rather luvvie...presumably she can act, at least?

Ferrisday · 17/03/2017 12:25

Just rewatching series 3
It's amazing, so tense- and I know what's coming!

KinkyAfro · 17/03/2017 12:32

Re series 3, what happened to Harry, the guy falsely accused of killing Will Mellor's character?

buggerthebotox · 17/03/2017 12:54

Hari confessed to killing Danny. So went down, presumably, for that. The Caddy was pulling his strings though.

ButtonMooooon · 17/03/2017 15:20

So that's series 1, 2 and 3 watched since Tuesday lunchtime Blush

But the reason I was trying to get them all watched was I thought it restarted THIS Sunday and wanted to be able to join in with this thread - NOOOOOOOOO. So now I have to go cold turkey for ten whole days??!

Can I be really picky about the MI style last episode of series 3? Kate shot at the Range Rover passenger side then Dot falls out of the drivers side with a bullet hole in the right side of his head, is it supposed to have ricocheted?? Yes I am over thinking it and yes I did take photos Blush

I think the blood on the right side of his head was where he banged against the window. I think the bullet got the driver

buggerthebotox · 17/03/2017 17:25

I agree, Ferris. Kate shot the driver, who crashed, flinging Dot around in the car, causing his head injury.

And I THINK what happens then is that someone else in the car aims at Kate, but Dot takes the bullet to protect her. I like to think there's a nice side to Dot. Smile -)now who's overthinking--. Grin

buggerthebotox · 17/03/2017 17:26

strikethrough failGrin

buggerthebotox · 17/03/2017 17:26

Wtaf!

ButtonMooooon · 17/03/2017 17:41

Oh Blush

I think my brain was on overload for watching so many in 4 days. And doing no housework

I thought he took the bullet for Kate as well, he looked concerned when he looked back to see if she got up when the Range Rover hit her
