I have finally figured out what programme the sidekick in Torchwood (had to use turn-on-spray to get the girl and boy in first episode) was in.

He was absolute brilliant and was my favourite character in it.

Have to use matchsticks to stay up till 10.00 p.m. Jack is not as charasmatic as Christopher but hey ho ....its early days.

I'm a bit confused. In the last episode who was Owen fighting with in the bar? At first I thought it was Gwen's boyfriend (because of shirt colour, I'm not great at facial recognition) and that she had told him about Owen during the 10 mins that I missed at the beginning. But then he came home to Gwen later on, entirely unbruised and she told him about Owen. So who was it in the bar?

At the start Owen is in a bar and a bloke accuses him of coming on to his gf(for once Owen was innocent), later on he goes for Owen with his mates and Owen gets in a fight

God, I've been thoroughly enjoying this! Jack is gorgeous and I'm finding Cardiff v amusing, there are some nice comedy touches.

I haven't read this thread before because I hadn't caught up but I'm looking forward to tonight's too. Jack gets a snog? Oor err, lucky woman!

Just skimming down, I agree the sex scenes with Owen were EXCRUTIATING we SO didn't need to see the thrusting fgs! And that air woman was a nurse in No Angels wasn;t she?

Oh I bet he snogs Gwen doesn't he? There isn;t any other candidate really, Tosh is a total drip. We were going to record tonights and watch tomorrow but I think we might watch it instead.

Planning to watch it later in the week so that I can watch Vicar of Dibley wedding episode tonight.

Been rather disappointed with TW, was reduced to watching the Sarah Jane Adventures this afternoon which was actually quite watchable. Loved the evil fruit-shoots-are-are-alien-poison-which-will-zombify-your-brain storyline. Classic

Is Torchwood coming back? Or is Jack just going back to DR Who?

Also, I must have misunderstood, but I thought he was pissed off because the Dr abandoned him after he was brought back to life, and that he wanted to get even.

If I cant get to grips with this, Im not going to be much use when Waking the dead comes back next week, am I?
