Loved that whole faked falling out at the start, and LOVED the cardinals 'I am so fucked' face when queenie turns up. My original list (or lack of preference) stands... whichever one is free at the time (apart from the cardinal who is fine, but not my cup of tea, and the musketextras with their tragic haircuts).

Listen you lot, making a series like Musketeers, is like making lurrrrrrrve. You don't just whip out all your best moves in the first 5 minutes and be done with. You need to let things simmer, and develop, and unravel gradually. Enjoy each pleasure in its own right, before rushing on to the next bit. That is what is happening here. So no-one no-one is going anywhere, soon. Geddit??!!.. We will have Constance and Milady and Richelieu, probably until the end. We just may not hear from/see them as often. Though I think Constance will remain as regular. She is a friend of the rest esp Athos, regardless of her and Dog connection.

Anne as our queen of culture, can I ask - am I likely to enjoy the book?? I tend to read 1930s crime fiction and Iain Banks. And a bit of Iris Murdoch. But I'm hovering on the 'buy DVD' button on Amazon and other customers have also bought the book/DVD package. Apparently.

I can't actually afford any of it but in for a penny, in for a livre.
