Lets post as we see fit but everyone pauses at 15, 30 and 45 minutes to have a recap, catch up on what we might have missed etc and then we all start back at the same time.

So post whenever and pause at relevant moments and wait for the password. This way we will loosely all be watching the same bit at the same time.
