Honestly, the ones who think they're hypercondriacs really aren't. it' s an unknowing condition. they're always utterly positive they're ill. in any case whether I'm your clinician or not, my advice is:

Lots of water
plenty of sleep
aerobic exercise building up each day like a brisk walk
plenty of fresh veg
a healthy dollop of Athos whenever you can Fit him in ...
