I have woken up this morning with a sore throat and no voice.
Sadly, the same is probably not true of the contestants.

So, I thought I would start the results thread now, in case I am too ill to care later

I have replaced with lemsip, which is probably a good thing at 10.30am.

Been lurking, who is Joan?

Joan is Abi- the fey pixie one who takes all songs and gives them the 'John Lewis advert' treatment. So she has been christened Joan Lewis

Aw, don't be mean about Abi, I really like her! Can't believe Kingsland Road were bottom last night, but Rough Copy were better.

My least favourites are Sam and Shelley. Do you reckon Miss Dynamix not performing was staged or genuine? I've never figured it out when something goes wrong last minute whether its true or not.

I was surprised that Kingsland Road were bottom of the flash vote. I think the flash vote is a stupid idea- I don't get the point.

The blonde over woman must go- surely? Great voice but so cringeworthy.
Joan was very weak on the high notes, the backing track supported her but still very poor. Also thought the boy- not the Scottish one or the one with the hair- ( I don't know names!) was not very good.

I have read the Guardian blog- which is very funny,not as funny as us and says pretty much what we are all saying (without the nn's and swearing). See in particular the description of The Merkins and Joan.

Raah, I read an interview with Lidl Muffins on the SoS where they said that their internet slaggers were prolly fat with hairy armpits, and stinking of BO. Do you think they meant US?

The makeup artist obviously hates her for some reason - there can be no explanation for that nose-shading.
