I'm considering getting a very small tattoo on my face. Q1: What are your thoughts on facial tattoos generally?
I'm considering getting a small star tattoo beside and below the eye at the top of the cheek bone. Q2: What are your opinions on this? If my partner had an identical tattoo on his face, in exactly the same place as I have one what would your views be on this?

Why not have the stars done behind your ear - I've seen that done and it can look nice (and can be hidden if needed)

I have tattoos but would seriously judge someone with a face tattoo. If you and DP had matching ones I would think you were both rough as, had done time and/or were heavily into drugs because I can’t think of any sane reason why someone would put one on their face.

Is this even real or a wind up?

TBH I didn't know about prison connotations regarding facial tattoos, but I think they show that the wearer lacks social awareness or is attention seeking. I know for a fact that you wouldn't get a job where I work with one.

I love tattoos in general, but when i see them on the face my first impression is of someone who doesnt want a job.

I'd wonder if you'd have to receive benefits for life because you would highly likely be unemployable.

I know it's wrong to judge but I would assume you had a hard life e.g. drugs/alcoholism, prison, mental break down. I think you'll find it difficult to change jobs/get a job.

Tattoos do date and I think people were having stars about ten years ago. I know people who had dolphins or butterflies or tribal bands and they all try to cover them up now.

I've got tattoos and piercings and am not at all judgy, but my first thought would be prison.

Op I don't even have one tattoo, not a huge fan myself. But I would never think, prison scum, benefit scrounger, uneducated.
