Olivia Colman’s newly grown long grey hair

This time last year she sported her usual brunette wavy pixie cut showing
all of her face.
This week she has long crinkly shades of grey hair we are led to believe
she has grown in twelve months, embracing the grey/natural ageing.
Does anyone have an opinion on this phenomenon or believe this heavy
hanging hank of hair looks attractive, or is it perhaps a Statement.

I don’t dye my hair. Not to be trendy but because I don’t see the problem with aging. I am my age so why would I try not to be?

Does everyone have to make a statement every time they change their hair. Who cares if it’s for a job, because she wants to or because she’s fallen out with her hairdresser? It’s her hair- she can do what she wants with it.

See, I’m completely baffled at the ire she seems to excite among some Mners. She was brilliant in The Favourite, and as the ghastly stepmother in Fleabag, and she and Elizabeth Debicki were much the best things about the first iteration of The Night Manager. I don’t get the weirdly excessive hate.

Given that it’s nothing like any of her usual hair styles, it surely must be for a role, presumably the film she’s currently filming. If you e had long expensive real hair extensions put in for a role you’re not going to take them out for a red carpet appearance.

Its so strange that people assume it’s some kind of statement or political choice when she has said nothing about it at all.

IMO there’s no way hair can grow that long in a year.
however, my thoughts on it were largely “wow I’m younger than her and I’ve 10 times more grey than she has!”

I really like it but I can't wait to go grey/white all over. Pretty sure it's not all her own hair.

A lot of people's hair grows faster in hot weather! Mine does - nails, too. This summer was overgrowth season ☀
