Yesterday SOTD was Initio Atomic Rose which is lovely. It has shades of Delina but I think it's different enough. Powerful, less feminine leaning and has a bit of a kick.

Today I put on the free sample from CB - Chloe Atelier des Fleurs Plage Du Figuier.

It's very nice if you like a fig scent. Wouldn't mind comparing to the Tom Ford. I have smelt TF but can't really remember how it smelt other than I liked it.

I also have the Glossier fig scent You Reve but that is sweeter than Chloe.

If anyone wanted a very cheap dupe of this Chloe fig scent then it really is quite similar to Pixi Fig. Chloe is better quality, less synthetic and more sophisticated but once Pixi has dried down definitely similar to my nose.

I wore Aura by Dedcool today. I wasnt expecting to like it so much as i havent liked many of the Dedcool range but this is pleasant! It's a little generic and the description on the SNK website says the dry down is caramel and vanilla which im not getting, it's more fruity on me. Not one i would have bought myself but i bought the SNK JOY stocking over Christmas and this was part of it, 50ml bottle. The stocking was such a treat, wonderful range of products and all very good sizes. I will keep this, it is good for office days, pleasant and not offensive but still a bit special. I'm enjoying it more as im sniffing my wrist and typing. 😆still hoping for some vanilla in the drydown but its been quite a few hours!

Years ago, i smelt Frederic Malle Dries van Noten. It was the richest vanilla smell, heavy and spicy. However, when i went back to purchase it, i was told it was discontinued as Dries van Noten will be launching their own perfume line. I have always wondered if they ever replicated that scent. Your posts have encouraged me to buy one of their scent kits to try them. seems to be a line i might like!

Tried the fugazzi Orange Crush from CB set and was pleasantly surprised! I was expecting heavy citrus but this is lighter more floral. Quite refreshing for spring. Definitely the wild card of the bunch.

Ive just looked on Ebay for the fugazzi orange crush. £10/12 cheapest ones. Im not buying fragrance set. May get this as I love citrus x

SotD TF fig erotique. My extravagant birthday treat. Still loving it, good job as its the most per ml I've ever spent on one purchase.

Its a warm, sweet fig very different to the greener fig of say debaser or philosykos

I was expecting more perfume boxes in celebration of workd perfume day on 21st March. Last year, cult beauty had 4!

I got mine too. I think I'll cancel after the summer box, as it will have been a full year then, but I've enjoyed having it. Tried the BDK one straight away (won't say what it is in case anyone is waiting for their box) and loved it! But I'd have thought it was more a winter scent than a spring one?

Ive not tried many . Im worried ill find a perfume i love and not use what a already have. Which is a lot 🤣

Those nice people at Escentual sent me a 25% off code (single use or I'd share) so I bought the miller harris bestsellers kit. I already love Scherzo, there's a tea one in there and a fig one, which I'm looking forward to trying.

Today the CB sweet spritz edit arrived. I think I will probably enjoy all of these and today feels like a good day to wear citrus - it's beautifully sunny here. Sadly I'm hugely busy with work and can only enjoy it through the window!

@IDontHateRainbows If the Miller Harris fig one is Hydra Figue, it’s lovely. It’s quite fresh and airy.

My SOTE is Floral Street Arizona Bloom. It’s been warm and sunny here today so I’m feeling a bit summery. I’d forgotten how much I like this, can see myself getting through the mini over the summer and getting a full size.

I have dedcool xtra milk from a snk edit. Debating whether to keep then read reviews. They said if you liked body shop white musk back in the day then you'll love this.
Does anyone agree.
I loved body shop white musk when I was a teen. Felt like a luxury as expensive. 🥰

Im not a massive fan of the dedcools, also hate the name, for a good lactonic Commodity Milk is nice.

Nice sunny day today so went for an easy wear M&S Discover White Coconut EDP 😎. 7 hours and still going.

I know what the bdk one is, heard mixed reviews about it but intrigued to try.

The perfume society seem a bit of a rop off with those tiny samples I think people expect slightly bigger sample sizes these days if they are paying.

Oooh, can I join in please? I don't wear fancy perfumes, all mine are cheap and cheerful, but I'm obsessed with the So...? body mists at the moment. 😁 (I rotate through So...?, Impulse and various Superdrug own brands. 😊)

Of course, any and all perfumes can be discussed on here not just fancy ones!

BDK 312 St Honore: reminds me of amouage guidance, but lighter.
Rodriguez for her intense: Fruity with vanilla dry down

SOTE is Discothèque Lola at Coat Check from the CB edit. On me it’s grapefruit, vanilla, coconut & woods. Hope it lasts ‘cause I’m loving this.

Boy smells vanilla era - I smelt this in SNK and thought it was lovely, unfortunately after buying a travel size I am thinking it's a bit too much. It's vanilla but barely, loads of strange notes in there inc beetroot and coffee and I'm having regrets, its not terrible but if I had my time over I wouldn't have got it and it's not quite how I rememberd it.

I also hate the name boy smells - it's almost as bad as Dedcool for badly named perfume brands.

I guess this is one I'll spray from time to time to ask myself WHY did I buy this?
