Sainsbury’s jeans 😲

My mate was wearing a lovely pair of barrel leg jeans so I asked her where she got them. Sainsbury’s, she says, £22. So I went and got some for myself. First day out in them today and another woman asked where I got them, said they looked really nice on. And I wore them all day and they’re the same size now as when I put them on (marginally more relaxed but they haven’t grown a couple of sizes like jeans sometimes do).

Very impressed. When did this happen to Sainsbury’s? Are there other gems in the Tu department that I should look out for??

I've just been to my local sainsburys. Lots of jeans with 70% off. I've bagged 2 pairs for £10.50. Heading home to see if they fit as obviously no changing rooms are open!

I have quite a few pairs of sainsburys jeans & find the fit mixed.
Barrel in 2 colours - one size 12 short so I ordered another 12 in a different colour but they were too small so got them in a 14 short
Bootcut in a 12 regular
Wide leg in 14 short - these are actually a little too big on the waist but they are comfy
2 pairs i picked up today are both a 14 & fit great on the waist. One regular length which are relaxed fit, skinny in short. To be fair the skinny are a little short but they had no regular but they will be fine with sandals/trainers in summer so for £5 I'll take it

Picked up my other pairs, I now own them in 4 colours- dark wash, light wash, black and leopard. They all fit the same on me (16L) aside from the leopard print which run a bit shorter on the leg (they don't have the darts so wonder if that's why?) and ever so slightly tighter round the waist, although they seem to loosen up quicker than the others so they are only tight for the first wear out of the wash.

Just seen a photo of me in the jeans. Sadly don’t think I’ll be wearing them again 😫
