With just under 3 months to go until 1 December, there are some big decisions to be made! Thread to discuss advent calendars while we wait for more content revelations and release dates.

I’m waiting to see the contents of Boots, but I’m pretty sure I’ll go for Space NK.

I want to see what's in Glossybox, M&S, H&B & all of Boots for DD's beauty advent.
She's undecided but does quite like BeautyBay at the moment.

Plus if either M&S & H&B are good I may treat myself to another beauty advent! (Already got Liberty)

Looks like Anthropologie is shipping to Ireland this year. It's got a few too many DoDs for me though.

Anyone know a way of getting a discount on the LF calendar?

SpaceNK looks quite good this year.

I was shocked at the prices of the Astrid&Miyu offerings… surely no one is so attached to their brand that they’d want that much jewelery from them?

I’m thinking H&B for me, Rituals for DD and Paxton &Whitfield for the household!

Oh I love the AC thread. I took delivery of my Liberty one last week. Like @Debtfreeme me I used my credit, so it was basically free 😬🫠

I've been looking at the Elemis calendar, only one full size of marine cream though so I'm not sure it's worth £199.

Anyone got any thoughts on it?

I think I'm settled on the Space NK calendar. I'm open to the Boots Premium, but I really wish they'd hurry up and spoil the contents already!

None of them are doing it for me, I may be over beauty advent calendars and just purchase 3 - 4 products that I really like instead. But I get a complete FOMO at that thought.. My fourteen year old is an Everything Shower Devotee, so Im putting a calendar together to complement her favourite ritual. Just ordered a CB hair beauty box and will split this up into some of her windows, are there any beauty boxes out there that are more body product focused ?

I just bought the look fantastic one there’s definite a few of my staple products in there. It was £88 as I’m a subscriber which seemed good value too.

Same here, though I believe it's being released on 12th September so hopefully we don't have to wait too long

@Witchinawell I’ve had a couple of really good value body care boxes from ASOS before, with shower gels, body lotion, scrub etc in. They seem to release them at random intervals though, so you have to keep an eye out on beauty-detective or somewhere.

I’m similarly not tempted yet. I’ve got Paxton and Whitfield for DH, a Harry Potter Infinity for one child, looking for a reasonably priced beauty one for the other.

I usually get JL but this year I am liking the look of the Harrods calendar as it has some really good skincare, so I sent the link to DH and hinted it would be a good birthday present. 🙂
Going to try to stick to the one calendar this year but I am easily swayed by a discount or gwp.

I'm 90% sold on JL again, possibly with H&B too but I also really want to see what M&S and Boots premium are like too!
