Another GWP where I already have the majority of items! It's only the Venn cream I'm interested in but I'd better off just buying it elsewhere for less.

Found things to buy, but their having technical difficulties so no one can apply credit 🙃

Ah, the little pink brush. I am still using that from the last - BDB? AC? Can't remember. One of those anyway. Still have those roll-ons left, and of course the old favourite mask.

I don't like LA Bruket at all. Unpleasant scent, meh products. Is it popular I wonder? I am not sure what the vibe/target market/message is with them.

Yet another rubbish GWP with a ridiculously high minimum spend. The last few have all been cobbled together with leftovers. I’m waiting for the April beauty drop and then cancelling as I have too much credit in a shop that seems to be going downhill and there is nothing I want to spend it on. Liberty used to do twice a year fabulous GWPs that were really worth it. That said the latest space nk gwp is very poor too, lots of samples. Perhaps shops are simply starting to do away with them now.

Even the winter sale this year was poor compared with previous years. The jewellery and home wares sale used to be wonderful and would always find something I liked the look of.

I was mildly tempted by the GWP but the Space NK one is better for me and it turns out that the perfume set I want to buy is £15 cheaper there too so win win.

I’ve just noticed that my Liberty loyalty points have reset in the past few days, but I haven’t received last quarter’s voucher by email or post. Has anyone else had the same?

The last vouchers to have been issued were in January, and were for points accrued up until the end of November IIRC.

@Another76543 They deduct the points before processing the vouchers so you should get them at some point. I'm expecting a £10 one and my points have also disappeared.

Still not able to use Beauty Drop credit as it won’t allow you to use any vouchers as payment. Why are they so incompetent?

@Another76543 I've just checked the website and mine is the same, but found this:

'The next voucher issuance will be the Spring Liberty Loyalty vouchers. These will be sent out in April 2024 and will include any points earned between 1st December 2023 - 29th February 2024.'

It would be so much easier if they had a proper system where you could see when points had been added/ converted to vouchers easily of course!

I am sticking with the beauty drop to see if they actually get rid of all the old stock and come up with something decent. giving it 3 months!

Is there a GWP just permanently on at Liberty at the moment?? How do you find out what is in it? Can’t find a webpage that shows what you get.

You have to put something in your basket and then it pops up and you can look at the details.

So option to apply voucher is back but now only affecting beauty drop credit being applied. I don’t know if I’m being paranoid but it feels like they’re really working hard to get rid of beauty drop subscribers.

And the GWP no longer appears to be available. I think you might be right!

I wonder if the GWP being available was unintentional - as I received no email about it, when I do normally get all their emails. Also no promotion on the various blogger sites that would normally advertise a Liberty GWP.

I’m going to go against the grain here and say I actually thought it was a pretty decent GWP, and much better than the current SpaceNK one. Lots I use in decent travel sizes - the AB cream, the Olaplex (actually full size), the Votary moisturiser etc. Main thing missing compared with the great GWPs of old is a niche 10ml perfume.

I got an email today called "How To Find The Perfect Mother’s Day Gift" which mentioned the GWP - but I didn't manage to get it because of the website not accepting vouchers. Would have quite liked to have it -i like the Venn cream

About Liberty ? I think they’re probably just phasing out the beauty drop.

Liberty seems to have all the hallmarks of a company that’s really struggling, particularly trying not to accept vouchers/credit and lack of stock.

That said, it’s had them for quite a while and I’m beginning to conclude they are just woefully incompetent.

I'm very tempted by this Grandano discovery perfumes I liked both the perfume and the soap we've had in the boxes and while I'm officially on a buying ban I'm also a bit nervous they're having financial problems.

I've got only £20 in credit and also a £20 gift voucher - but not sure if we can spend the BD credit yet - off to find out

Still no option. I've emailed customer services and it might be a good idea if a lot of us did it.

I really am thinking they're in trouble - changing the distribution of the loyalty vouchers to the end of April isn't a good sign either. I'm sure that last time we received them pretty quickly after the points had been deducted - something is going on and I don't like it.

I've just glanced at the accounts to January 2023 (the ones to 2024 aren't due until July. They are quite long so not really taken in much detail but these two small extracts are certainly of concern as far as I am concerned. It does however say that they have assurances from their parent company of ongoing stability but still not reassured myself.
